Key Responsibilities

Structural Design & Review

• Review and approve structural drawings, calculations and technical specifications

Project Coordination & Management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in construction projects, with experience in residential and commercial projects preferred

Due to their current expansion plans, they are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee contractual, cost, and commercial management across multiple construction projects. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying (QS) team, overseeing project cost control and commercial performance.

• Establish and implement contract, cost management, and QS operational systems and processes.
