• Lead digital transformation efforts to strengthen data-driven decision-making and operational scalability.

Legal, Policy & Regulatory Affairs

• Manage legal affairs, contracts, and corporate compliance in partnership with TXV’s legal counsel (Bethel Chambers).
• Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore regulations, PSS security requirements, and international IP standards.
• Coordinate with government legal advisors and external counsel on regulatory, policy, and risk issues where necessary.

Facilities, Administration & Business Continuity

• Work closely with the Facilities and Administrative Manager to oversee facilities management across corporate offices, Hatch innovation spaces, and event venues.
• Develop workplace and space-use strategies that promote high performance and collaboration.
• Manage administrative functions including vendor management, logistics, and business continuity planning.

Cross-Functional Integration & Operational Support

• Support SVP, Innovations with innovation portfolio governance and tech commercialisation operations.
• Support SVP, Ecosystem Events with operational systems to enable world-class event delivery.
• Support VP, Corporate with partnership systems, CRM frameworks, analytics, subscriptions, and revenue operations.
• Provide infrastructure, people strategy, and operational support to marcomms, client experience, and service delivery teams for campaigns, content, and engagement initiatives.

Human Resources & Organisational Development

• Provide leadership for HR strategy, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation frameworks, and organisational development.

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for developing printable inks based on natural material-derived precursors, such as natural materials-derived calcium phosphate, or related biomineral materials. The work will involve optimizing ink rheology, printability, shape fidelity, and structural stability for extrusion-based 3D printing. The candidate will also design and fabricate porous scaffold architectures with controlled pore size, porosity, and interconnectivity, while optimizing printing parameters such as nozzle size, extrusion pressure, printing speed, and layer height.

A key part of the project will involve post-processing and material conversion of the printed constructs. The candidate will develop and optimize sintering or thermal treatment protocols to convert printed structures into bone-relevant ceramic phases. Through this process, the candidate will help tune the phase composition and mechanical performance of the scaffolds, with the goal of producing reproducible and scalable bone implant prototypes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2years of professional software development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core or similar development frameworks
• Solid experience with React.js for front-end development
• Expertise in SQL for database development and optimization (e.g., MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• Hands-on experience with GitLab for source code management, CI/CD pipelines, and version control
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
• Knowledge of software development best practices including agile methodologies and unit testing
• Proven experience in Figma is a plus

Job Summary

The Trucking Controller oversees daily trucking operations to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate delivery of consignments. This role drives operational excellence by coordinating with Prime Mover Drivers and customers, monitoring fleet performance, and ensuring compliance and incentive accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate trucking activities to meet customers’ delivery requirements on time and within cost parameters.
• Provide accurate, real-time updates on job progress using operational systems to enhance transparency and decision making.
• Monitor truck movements and delivery status to optimize fleet utilization and allocate operational resources effectively.
• Collaborate with Prime Mover Drivers and customers to ensure seamless execution of container trucking consignments, including deliveries and collections.
• Verify driver incentive calculations and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Adapt to additional duties assigned by management to support overall operational goals.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in trucking, fleet control, and logistics operations to support effective management of trucking activities.
• Proficiency in operational systems, tracking platforms, and basic reporting tools such as MS Excel to facilitate accurate monitoring and reporting.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage complex logistics scenarios and stakeholder interactions.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail in tracking operations and verifying incentive calculations to maintain operational integrity.
