· Conduct cleanup for project handover.

· Conduct joint final inspection with client and consultant.

· Document and complete identified defects by client / consultant.

· Compile as built drawings and prepare Operations and Maintenance Manual (O&M) for issuance to client.

· Identify and rectify defects with building management. Apply for release of building deposit.

· Apply and obtain Certificate of Practical Completion with the Project Manager.

· Organise Delivery Services move-off site and co-ordinate project documentation with Construction Secretary for archival.

Post Completion

· Conduct to meet client with the consultant present for a walkover at the end of DLP to establish and agree on the list of defects if any.

· Liaise with the Project Manager to address all latest defects during DLP

Regulatory Compliance

·      Ensure that all labelling meets the regulatory requirements and standards for each target Asian market, including local language, format, content, and legal requirements.

·      Keep up to date with the latest regulations and standards for product labelling indifferent Asian countries (e.g., China, Japan, India, South Korea, Southeast Asia).

·      Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to ensure compliance and resolve any issues with local authorities or certification bodies.

Localization & Translation

·      Work closely with translation, localization teams, distribution partners, internal departments to ensure accurate, culturally appropriate, and legally compliant product labels in the respective languages.

·      Ensure that the product labelling is sensitive to cultural nuances, local consumer preferences, and market trends, a good knowledge of Asian markets’ consumer goods.

Reporting & Documentation

·      Provide regular updates and detailed project reports to team on project status, timelines, and challenges.

·      Maintain accurate records of all labelling materials, approvals, and communications related to labeling projects.

Required profile

·      Degreein Business administration or Economics or similar

·      Around 2-3 years of professional experience ideally in the branded goods industry /FMCG sector

·      International or regional work experience – ideally with a focus on labelling or packaging for Asian markets

·      International start up mind set, agile, open minded, positive and flexible

·      Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills

·      Proactive, independent project manager as well as a team player, willing to develop in a coordination position dealing with interdisciplinary and cross cultural teams teams

Compare vendor/subcontractor bid-day quotes and proposals for owners to buyout.

Process Letters of Intent when directed by the Estimator or Owner. Communicate project administrative requirements with subcontractors and vendors after Letter of Intent has been sent, per project requirements.

Establish contacts and create relationships with office and field staff of subcontractors/vendors.

Discuss expectations of work quality. Share schedule and track future requests accordingly.

Assist Project Administrator with project requirements needing submission (subcontractor/vendor documents required, tax exempts etc.)

Conduct/attend on turnover meeting from Estimator to project management team (inclusive of key site personnel)

Request, review, and process submittals, RFIs, shop drawings.

Monitor ASIs, SKs, PRs, and RFI responses and present to Owner when a cost impact is present. Keep clean (current log) for review at all times of above said items.

Request/create procurement log for subcontractor and vendor material(s)/equipment.

Process the workflow from changing job-conditions.

Communicate and discuss all changes from Management and Field Staff.

Review for conflicts and changes

Update internal schedule and provide 4 week look-ahead. Communicate schedule changes to subcontractors/vendors.

Determine needed resources (manpower/material/equipment).

Track schedule and advise of cost impacts or roadblocks. Inform subcontractors/suppliers if appropriate.

Code vendor invoices, field receipts and subcontractors’ AIAs (when they arrive), for processing/payment per terms of subcontract. Question and reject unauthorized billings.

Communicate acceptance/rejection of billings with subcontractors/vendors.

Draft and present monthly AIAs for approval.

Track and bill allowances.

Summarize and submit T & M work for change orders.

Follow up with Owner for signature and notary.

Prepare, submit, and monitor change order proposals and change orders and input into Timberline.

Finalize contract cost revisions in Timberline once change orders are received.

Issue change order to subcontractor/vendor if applicable.

Inform Owner of all change order requests and approvals.

Attend weekly PM meetings. Relay pertinent data to Superintendent and Foreman, including schedules and manpower.

Coordinate subcontractor’s work and material/equipment release to hit targeted installation dates.

Review internally and externally that all subcontractors/vendors are working off approved material documents and they are permitted to access site (badge, clearance, safety training, OSHA , insurance, contract/PO execution).

Supervise or coordinate supervision with Superintendent to ensure installations are conducted in a timely and safe manner.

Verify that appropriate training is in place for field personnel using equipment and for those signing off on scaffolding/stair towers.

Ensure Toolbox Talks are taking place.

Review labor and scheduling with Superintendent, site Foreman, and field crews.

Ensure project is completed safely, in time, within scope and on budget.

Request, process and submit closeout documents (O&Ms, warranties, training, attic stock).

Log all material and follow through with completions/approvals. Keep log up to date at all times.

Coordinate and track completion of punch list.

Conduct all work in a manner that allows for continued business with client , and subcontractors/vendors

This System Assurance Manager is reporting directly to the Head of Technical Safety.

The System Assurance Manager is responsible for enforcing the safety strategy, developing and continuously improving safety methodologies, execution of Safety Engineering activities in accordance with the company’s process, applicable industry standards, best practices and sharing expert knowledge.

• Ensure RAMS Engineering activities are executed in accordance with the company’s process, applicable industry standards and best practices
• Provide leadership and training to the project RAMS team
• Perform hazard identification studies (HAZID, HAZOP), hazard analyses (PHA, SHA, OSHA, FTA), safety analyses (FFMEA, FMECA, FSA) and hazard management
• Define safety requirements; analyze and evaluate design compliance with safety requirements and safety principles
• Review safety test strategies, plans, procedures, scenarios and test results;
• Review Installation, Cut-in / Cut-out, T&C, and Deployment method statements;
• Review the adequacy and completeness of safety evidence and produce safety artefacts;
• Ensure effective communication of Safe Operating Requirements (SORs) to Customer;
• Perform RAM analyses and manage RAM demonstration;
• Be the interfacing point with Customer, external and internal parties for project RAMS coordination and reporting;
• Maintain KPI on RAMS activities including: Quality, Cost and Deadlines;
• Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

You have:

• B.Sc. in Engineering Fields of Electrical, Electronic, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in RAMS Engineering on railway safety-related systems, preferrable SIL2 systems and above.
• Good knowledge of CENELEC (EN) Railway RAMS Standards
• Good knowledge of railway signalling principles and CBTC system
• Good understanding of systems engineering, software engineering and functional safety
• Good technical writing skills, excellent communication and analytical skills; excellent command of the English language, both written and oral

Preferred Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Engineering Fields of Electrical, Electronic, Computer Science, or related discipline
• At least 5 years of RAMS experience on CBTC system, or in various Design & Engineering (System, HW and/or SW), Integration, Testing, Verification and/or Validation role of CBTC system.
• Working knowledge of Communications-Based Train Control (CBTC) and/or Solid-State Interlocking (SSI)
• Member of Institution of Railway Signal Engineers (IRSE)
