The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

About the Role

Responsible to lead and deliver the overall HR services, particularly in Payroll & Benefits services across the APAC countries under the Regional Shared Services Centre, focus on the internal client which includes managing critical service issues to resolution, liaising with countries HR Business Partners to ensure services meet required standards (inclusive of third party suppliers) and the ability to align to the business strategy in different countries within the SGS APAC region and imperatives to ensure the service delivery is in line with the requirements and expectations under the Service Level Agreement (SLAs).

We are looking for an Integrated Media Lead to architect regional growth strategies across our diverse portfolio (including activities outside of Southeast Asia). This is a unique, career-defining role where you will sit between Consumer Full-Funnel Marketing and B2B Growth for our technology and data solutions.

You are a strategist who can seamlessly pivot from high-volume, mass-reach consumer campaigns to high-intent, account-based B2B lead generation. You will be responsible for orchestrating 360-degree media campaigns. You will also manage substantial regional budgets. Additionally, you will lead external agencies to ensure our media presence, across both digital and traditional touchpoints, is performing at a world-class level.

Reporting to the Regional Paid Media Lead, your key responsibilities include but not limited to the below.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Integrated Media Strategy & Budget Governance
  • Dual-Track Orchestration: Design and champion integrated media strategies for both B2C (user acquisition/retention) and B2B (lead generation/brand authority) verticals.
  • 360° Vision: Bridge the gap between offline (OOH, Traditional) and online channels to ensure a cohesive brand narrative across the full consumer and business journey.
  • Establish BAU (Business As Usual) investment benchmarks and regional KPIs, ensuring you allocate capital to the highest-impact channels.
  • GTM Excellence: Partner with Country Teams to launch regional campaigns, providing the strategic roadmap for audience segmentation, media mix, and funnel optimization.
• Media Operations and Channel Mastery
  • Channel Calibration: Lead the automation and optimization of paid channels (Social, Programmatic, Search, etc.) maintaining high conversion quality.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop audience-targeting frameworks that cater to the broad consumer app user and the niche B2B decision-maker.
  • Technical Integrity: Partner with tracking and product teams to implement robust measurement best practices (MMPs, GTM, DCM) ensuring a seamless and transparent data flow.
• Data-Driven Growth & Holistic Measurement
  • Experimentation Culture: Lead a rigorous, region-wide A/B testing roadmap across ad formats, landing pages, and creatives to uplift CTR and conversion efficiency.
  • Analytics and Visualization: Collaborate with the Insights & Analytics team to build unified dashboards that provide real-time visibility into regional media performance and Return on investment.
  • Post-Campaign Intelligence: Deliver deep-dive "Look Back" assessments after major launches, extracting applicable intelligence to empower and upskill local teams.
• Strategic Stakeholder & Agency Leadership
  • Agency Management: Lead the relationship with external media agencies and partners, evaluating workflows and negotiation strategies.
  • Be the primary link between Marketing Comms, Sales, Product, and Tech teams. Ensure that all ad assets are aligned with our goals.
  • Regional Capability Building: Develop internal guides and training materials to inspire a culture of excellence and local ownership across our regional offices.

We are looking for a General Manager, Malaysia to spearhead YouTrip's entry and growth in the Malaysian market, owning the full P&L, strategy and execution of YouTrip in Malaysia. 

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of YouTrip, this will be an exciting and rare opportunity for candidates with strong entrepreneurial spirit to work closely with the C-Suite & Leadership team to explore, launch, and grow our business in Malaysia. This role is pivotal in shaping YouTrip's presence in a new market — from conducting foundational market research and navigating the licensing landscape, to building a high-performing local team and driving commercial growth.

You Will

• Explore and evaluate market opportunities and competitive landscape in Malaysia
• Assist in the licensing and regulatory workstream, working closely with the Legal & Compliance team to manage submissions to relevant authoritiesLead and own the business growth and P&L of Malaysia, through the ownership strategic roadmap of the business
• Own the product roadmap for Malaysia together with Product & Engineering to identify big bets and localisation opportunities specific to the Malaysian market
• Drive business growth by leading bespoke marketing campaigns and striking marquee partnership deals tailored to the Malaysian market
• Develop a deep understanding of the fintech landscape in Malaysia and constantly identify new business growth opportunities
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local leadership team in Malaysia
• Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of YouTrip, identify and drive cross-functional and/or cross-country initiatives for business growth

• Entrepreneurial Self-starter & Hustler - You are not afraid to get your hands dirty with a "whatever it takes" mindset and no job is too little for you. You strive for the best in everything you do, and understand the importance to influence your team to do the same to push for performance in a high paced environment
• Experienced Commercial Leader - You have at least 10 years of senior team leadership roles in a fast-paced environment, and proven track record in multiplying business revenues. Experience in Consumer Products and/or Marketing in Malaysia are preferred. Experience in Fintech or Financial Institutions space (B2C and/or B2B) will be a strong plus
• Market Entry & Research Expert - You have hands-on experience leading market entry initiatives, including structuring and executing market research frameworks, synthesising competitive intelligence, and translating insights into actionable go-to-market strategies. Prior experience launching a product or business in Malaysia is a strong advantage
• Licensing & Regulatory Navigator - You have working knowledge of Malaysia’s financial services regulatory environment, including familiarity with BNM’s licensing frameworks (e.g. Payment Services Act or its equivalent). You are comfortable engaging regulators, managing licensing submissions, and coordinating with legal and compliance teams to navigate complex approval processes
• Consumer Behavior Expert - You may not come from a research background but you believe in your cultural understanding of consumer preferences in Malaysia, backed by market insights, to localise our product and GTM strategy in Malaysia
