About the Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Assistant Manager (Academy Operations & Capability Development) to support learning initiatives and capability-building efforts within a dynamic organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining operations, data analytics, and learning & development to drive impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Academy’s capability development plans and provide secretariat support for talent initiatives
• Assist in managing the Academy’s budget and training funds
• Administer and manage Learning & Development systems (e.g., Workday, LEARN)
• Support learning analytics and reporting through Tableau dashboards
