Job Summary

Responsible for supporting payroll and employee benefits operations, including claims verification, payroll processing, reporting, and handling queries, while improving processes and maintaining accurate HR data. The role also collaborates with HR, Finance, and IT to enhance operational efficiency and governance.

Responsibilities

• Handle verification of employee benefits claims (e.g. medical, dental) and conduct audits, including liaising with external vendors
• Support payroll operations such as salary processing, bonuses, billing, invoices, and tax submissions
• Manage payroll-related queries from employees, managers, and auditors, and prepare reports when needed
• Assist in improving and automating HR processes to enhance efficiency and governance
• Maintain accurate HR data in systems (e.g. Workday, Excelity) and develop/update SOPs
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams on process improvements and support new initiatives

Requirements

• Familiarity with HR and payroll systems (e.g. Workday, Excelity) is a plus

Assist the Discipline team in the overall management of the students’ discipline, on a daily basis

• Assist in manning detention for late comers after school, on an ad hoc basis

• Oversee students who are suspended from class, on an ad hoc basis

• Supervise, call on and ensure the conduct of Corrective Work Order – canteen/classroom cleaning

• Patrol the school premises to ensure orderliness, on a daily basis

• Be involved in case management for students identified as at-risk

• Conduct investigations as part of case management and submit report

• Conduct and follow-up on spot-checks on students’ general neatness in appearance like attire and hair and look into administrative recording of spot check outcome

• Participate in Case Management Meetings on an ad hoc basis

• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the School Leaders or Subject Head, Student Management

Requirements:

Must have passed ‘N’ Level or its equivalent.

3. should possess good communication and inter-personal skills. He/she should also be a good team player with a high level of initiative and work well with staff and teachers on student matters

4. Having relevant experience in a school environment will be an advantage

5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Contract Period-From 15 July 2026 to 14 July 2027 Working hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 7.15am to 2:30pm, inclusive of 45 min lunch break
