About the Role

This newly created role serves as the Regional Finance, Tax and Transfer Pricing lead for APAC, combining regional financial control, tax leadership, transfer pricing governance, statutory compliance, financial analysis, business partnering, and regional expansion responsibilities. The successful candidate will oversee finance and tax matters across Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Australia while providing leadership to the Batam-based Finance Manager and partnering closely with business leaders, auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders.

Beyond managing day-to-day finance, reporting, compliance, and tax matters, this role will also support the organisation's regional growth initiatives, including the establishment of new entities, implementation of finance and tax frameworks, and integration of new operations into the Group's reporting and governance structure.
