Qualifications:

• 2-5 years experience or interest about apps support procedures, concepts and of other technical areas.
• Familiarity with tools such as Abinitio and ETL processes.
• Exposure to Control-M or similar job scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of UNIX/LINUX operating systems.
• Understanding of Big Data concepts including HIVE, and experience with Java Spark.
• Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases like Mongo DB.
• Foundational knowledge of Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Basic knowledge of AI and prompt engineering, willingness to adapt AI in day-to-day tasks.
• Participation in some process improvements.
• Be able to work under pressure
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge in banking applications and server infrastructure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, great teammate

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused AV Engineer to be stationed at a client location to support day-to-day AV operations. The role includes setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV systems to ensure smooth meetings and events.

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite technical support for AV systems including video conferencing, projectors, audio systems, and control interfaces
• Support internal and external meetings and events
• Troubleshoot and resolve AV hardware, software, and configuration issues, coordinating with clients to ensure timely resolution
• Perform routine maintenance, system diagnostics, and firmware/software updates
• Maintain service logs, documentation, and technical reports
• Train end users and client staff on system operation as needed
• Adhere to company safety protocols and industry standards

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Audio Engineering, IT, or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience in AV support or engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of AV systems, control systems, and VC/audio conferencing platforms
• Experience in corporate or client-facing environments
• Basic IT and networking knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and service-oriented mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
