Member of Group Manufacturing Execution System (MES) IT team. Delivering IT Services to support businesses. Study and implement technology and improve manufacturing and traceability capability. 

Adhere to Security Governance & Compliance as per Group IT Policy and Standards. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring smooth operation including troubleshooting and problems solving related to Manufacturing Execution System. Identify improvement areas and implement strategic solutions in time with consultation with business stakeholders.
• Work with Business stakeholders and lead strategic planning for Venture MES system to achieve business goals.
• Responsible for MES functional and technical system development, review, and certification of MES systems hardware, backup, IT Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP,) and IT Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
• To ensure system to comply with audit requirement
• Manage and evaluate IT Vendors (MES)
• Proactively propose proactive improvement & preventive monitoring
• Manage &Support IT Audit

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in relevant experience.
• Experience in working in a cross-functional team.
• Supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience with clustering, performance testing, BI and MES application will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and a good team player.
• Knowledge in Production Planning/Capacity Planning/Material Management

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer to join our application development and support team. The role involves developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications, while working closely with cross‑functional teams including Commercial, PMO, SoftwareArchitects, Business Architects, and Quality Assurance.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, enjoys hands‑on development, and is keen to work in cloud‑native, modern application environments. Senior Engineers are expected to provide technical leadership and mentorship within the team.

Job Responsibilities:

Application Development & Support

• Develop application code for new projects, enhancements and defect fixes for existing products.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support to the Helpdesk and peers for CCN products.
• Support production systems, including issue investigation, defect resolution and enhancements.
• Participate in after-hours support on a rotational basis.
• Monitor and respond to application and system service alerts.

Senior Engineer / Technical Leadership (Where Applicable)

Senior Engineers are expected to:

• Act as a trusted adviser to supervisors and IT management for assigned applications.
• Serve as Technical Lead for projects when required, including:
• - Application technical design
• - Task breakdown, effort estimation and assignment.
• - Ensuring delivery quality and timelines.

Education and Experience:
