The Singapore Translational Cancer Consortium (STCC) aims to strengthen the overall impact of cancer research and translation in Singapore by bringing together key basic, clinical and translational teams on joint platforms to actively establish and implement collaborative cancer programmes. About the Role

The Programme Manager will support the STCC Programme Office in coordinating and executing key translational research programmes, while facilitating collaboration across STCC platforms. The role aims to strengthen STCC’s ability to deliver multi-institutional programmes and improve alignment between clinical, research, data, and industry-facing activities. The incumbent will work across programmes and platforms, with scope to progressively take on greater responsibility as familiarity with STCC’s operations increases. The role will also support improved coordination across programmes and platforms to enable more efficient translation of STCC capabilities into research and collaboration outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Coordination & Execution

• Support planning and execution of STCC programmes by:
  Developing and tracking workplans, timelines, and deliverables.Coordinating stakeholders across institutions and platforms.
• Follow up on action items to ensure steady progress of programmes.
• Provide support to programme leads to achieve defined objectives.

Cross-Platform Coordination

• Facilitate coordination across STCC platforms for programme implementation.

Job Description

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting both administrative and student-service functions for the NUS Business School undergraduate programme. This includes overseeing academic and university-level processes, while working closely with students, faculty members, academic departments, and other University units.

This role is well suited for an independent, organised, and detail-oriented professional who is able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. The incumbent will also support the Team Lead in driving continuous improvement through automation, process refinement, data analysis, and course projection.

Duties and Responsibilities

1) Programme Administration & Student Support

• Support the Course Registration Exercise, including system setup, appeals processing, and student enquiries.
• Administer Independent Study Course (ISC), including application review, course allocation, monitoring timelines, and gathering student feedback.
• Support BIZ Dissertation, including application review, course allocation, appointment of examiners, presentation and grade submission.

2) Faculty Support & Engagement

What Will You Do as a Programme Manager (Strategic Programme Delivery)?
In this pivotal role, you will lead strategic programmes within the Strategy, Architecture, and Transformation Division of the Technology Group. Your primary focus will be on orchestrating collective efforts across various technology domains – applications, data, infrastructure, and cyber security – to deliver comprehensive strategies that shape our target-state technology landscape and business architecture. These multi-year programmes carry significant impact and involve multiple stakeholders and delivery teams from different technology divisions.

• Programme Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and stakeholder expectations. You will be responsible for managing complex interdependencies across multiple workstreams
• Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders, establishing clear accountability for the delivery of specific workstreams. Foster collaboration among diverse teams to ensure successful programme execution
• Risk Identification and Mitigation: Proactively identify risks associated with programme delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges. Monitor risk factors throughout the programme lifecycle
• Detailed Activity Management: Utilise tools such as Microsoft Project to manage detailed bottom-up activities and dependencies. Analyse the implications of delays in specific activities on the overall project timeline and deliverables
• Dashboarding and Tracking: Leverage Planview for dashboarding and tracking key milestones, integrating with JIRA to automate data gathering on task status (on track, at risk, or delayed). Ensure that all teams are aligned on progress and outcomes
• Meeting Cadence and Governance: Arrange and facilitate regular meetings, including alignment sessions among working groups and steering committee meetings to resolve issues. Clearly articulate problem statements, present options with quantified trade-offs, and document decisions for future reference
• Compliance and Governance: Learn and adhere to related approval and governance processes, including architecture reviews, internal funding and resourcing, and procurement processes (RFx). Ensure that all programme activities comply with organisational standards

What makes you a successful candidate?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in project management or related disciplines are an advantage
• Experience: At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in programme management, particularly in technology-driven environments. Proven track record of managing complex, multi-year programmes with significant stakeholder involvement
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technology concepts across applications, data, infrastructure, and cyber security. Ability to comprehend the complexities of technology programmes and their implications for business architecture

Job Scope:

Seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to support both onsite and virtual aspects of high-profile events, including conferences and industry programs. This role requires strong operational skills, stakeholder coordination, and experience in hybrid event management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Spatial Experience Lead and Programming Lead in planning and coordinating event operations, including side activities at external venues (70% onsite focus)

Requirements:

Job Description

The incumbent will be supporting the programme management function in the existing MSc in Marketing Analytics and Insight (MAI) programme. This programme is helmed by the NUS Business School (MSc Programmes Office).

The duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Programme Leadership & Operations

• Ensure seamless delivery of the MAI programme, balancing the needs of international students with academic integrity and university standards.
• Deliver exceptional student support, from academic matters to experiential learning, wellness, and career-related initiatives.
• Analyse student data and feedback to advise leadership on continuous programme improvement.
• Take the lead in specific functional areas within the MSc team, collaborating closely with colleagues and faculty.

2. Academic Scheduling & Course Coordination

• Oversee all course outlines, timetable scheduling, and registration processes in partnership with academic departments.
• Communicate course-related updates clearly and promptly to students, preparing guides and conducting briefings as needed.
• Provide faculty with essential teaching and assessment information before each semester.

3. Student Support & Records

• Monitor and track student progress, workload, and well-being, ensuring timely follow-up on all enquiries and requests.

4. Faculty & Examination Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a reputable institution, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in managing academic programmes in tertiary institutions. Having experience in counselling will be a big plus.
• High level of written and oral communication skills.
• Experienced, confident and effective working in cross-cultural settings.
• Meticulous with an eye for details and keen appreciation of good documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks and deadlines well, and with a high degree of accuracy.
• Team player with good combination of high intelligence, emotional and cultural quotient.

A. Leadership/Vision

• Align vision and direction for new Junior Programme and conceptualise appropriate instructional initiatives that are in line with the school’s strategic plan and needs of the students.
