Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive in Recruitment, you will be the engine of our growth. Your goal is to identify and acquire new business clients, negotiate service agreements, and bridge the gap between their talent gaps and our recruitment solutions. You’ll act as a strategic partner, helping companies build their dream teams while hitting revenue targets for our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively research and identify companies with high-volume hiring needs or specialized talent gaps.

• Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to "pitch" complex services and handle high-level negotiations.
• A "hunter" mindset with the ability to handle rejection and remain motivated by monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and social selling platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Bonus Points:

• Existing network of HR contacts in specific verticals (e.g., IT, Healthcare, or Finance).
