主要職責：

• 組建並管理零售行銷團隊，以支援行銷計劃並實現業務目標。
• 制定並實施整合行銷計劃，以推動我們全球品牌在線上和線下零售通路的銷售和品牌知名度。
• 與銷售和營運團隊合作，制定和執行促銷活動，包括店內展示、培訓、產品演示、線上和線下廣告以及其他行銷措施。
• 與行銷和採購團隊緊密合作，確定能夠引起目標受眾共鳴的產品趨勢、功能和優勢。
• 制定和管理所有行銷活動的預算，確保支出符合整體業務目標。
• 進行市場調查，以確定客戶需求和偏好、新機遇，並隨時了解家居產業的市場趨勢和競爭對手的活動。
• 制定並實施品牌策略，以推動我們廚具產品的銷售並提高市場佔有率。
• 負責品牌整體庫存管理。
• 負責品牌的整體預算、成本計算和損益。
• 與校長密切合作，制定和執行策略計劃，包括產品採購、行銷和銷售計劃。
• 定期向負責人報告全球品牌的業績，包括銷售數據、市場趨勢和客戶回饋。
• 為零售行銷團隊提供培訓、指導和支持，使其能夠有效地與負責人溝通，並在公司組織結構內開展工作。

要求：

• 行銷或相關專業學士學位。
• 至少 5 年零售行銷經驗，專注於線上和線下行銷管道，最好是專注於消費品領域。
• 具備較強的分析能力及運用資料進行策略決策的能力。
• 優秀的溝通和人際交往能力，能夠建立人際關係並影響他人。
• 在製定和執行能夠促進銷售和提升品牌知名度的行銷計劃方面取得了顯著成功。
• 具備團隊管理經驗，並能與銷售、採購和外部合作夥伴進行跨職能合作。
• 能夠同時管理多個項目，並在快節奏、以截止日期為導向的環境中工作。
