Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership

• Lead and oversee all engineering activities for residential and condominium developments from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and project handover.
• Serve as the company's principal technical authority, providing expert guidance on engineering, construction, and design-related matters.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies, standards, policies, and best practices to support business objectives and project delivery excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and value engineering initiatives across all projects.

Design & Technical Management

• Manage and coordinate consultants, architects, structural engineers, M&E engineers, and specialist design teams.
• Review and approve engineering designs, technical specifications, drawings, and construction methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, building regulations, industry standards, and company specifications.
• Lead technical reviews and resolve complex engineering challenges throughout project execution.

Project Delivery

• Monitor project progress and provide technical leadership to ensure delivery targets for quality, cost, and schedule are achieved.
• Support project teams in resolving site issues, design discrepancies, construction challenges, and technical risks.
• Collaborate closely with project management, procurement, contracts, and construction teams to optimize project performance.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure successful project completion.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all engineering works comply with applicable regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence across project teams.
• Support the implementation of quality assurance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors, utility agencies, and other key stakeholders.
• Represent the company in technical meetings, authority submissions, inspections, and project coordination activities.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships to facilitate smooth project execution.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering managers, project engineers, and technical personnel.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and recruitment initiatives within the engineering function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent professional accreditation is highly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in residential, condominium, or mixed-use property development projects.
• At least 8 years of experience in a senior engineering leadership role.
• Proven track record in delivering high-rise residential and condominium developments from design through completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, design coordination, regulatory requirements, quality management, and contract administration.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors in a developer or construction environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with BIM, value engineering, and modern construction technologies will be an advantage.
• Willing to work 6 days per week.

SDLC & RUNTIME

The SDLC and Runtime (SDLCR) team builds and manages the firm’s mission critical platforms for job scheduling, compute-as-a-service, file transfer, and the firmwide software development lifecycle (e.g., software distribution, automated testing, CI/CD). These platforms empower the firm’s expansive set of global developers to deliver services, products, and platforms for internal and external customers. 

In this role, you will work on multi-year initiatives to build out our strategic, highly scalable, and resilient SDLC platform, improving productivity and developer experience for our engineers across the firm.

JAVA CI/CD DEVELOPER

You will be part of Java-Slang Integration (JSI), a global team of Java/polyglot developers that design, develop and deploy the runtime of a proprietary build pipeline. This pipeline is used for the build, test and deployment at scale of some of the firms most business critical applications. The platform and the surrounding tool chain that form the JSI ecosystem allow the production of binaries that interop our proprietary front office language, SLANG, with the JVM ecosystem. At the same time, the underlying distribution mechanisms enable the simultaneous release of changes on a global scale.

Containing tens of millions of code and with hundreds of releases to production a day, JSI is leveraged by hundreds of software engineers daily to build products with a focus on Global Banking & Markets and Asset & Wealth Management. Your work will allow our engineers to develop products with reduced time to market, higher reliability and have material impact on our engineer productivity.

• Experience in architecting horizontally scalable systems with knowledge of elastic compute and distributed systems patterns
• Experience of DevOps, SRE, infrastructure (storage / networks / etc.)

Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Active Directory Engineer with experience in planning and executing Active Directory (AD) migrations/Upgrade. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive upgrade plans, performing assessments of existing environments, and ensuring a seamless migration with minimal disruption. In addition, candidate should have skill to lead the project and deal with stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end Active Directory migration and upgrade initiatives across enterprise environments.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of existing AD infrastructure, including domain controllers, Group Policies, DNS, DFS, and security configurations.
• Design and implement AD upgrade strategies to modern Windows Server environments (e.g., Windows Server 2025).
• Identify and eliminate dependencies on legacy AD systems while ensuring business continuity.
• Plan and execute domain controller lifecycle activities, including promotion, demotion, and decommissioning.
• Collaborate with application, network, and security teams to ensure compatibility and seamless integration during migration.
• Work with application owners to remediate insecure protocols and remove hardcoded dependencies.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and directory synchronization issues.
• Administer and support DFS, DNS, and Group Policy infrastructure.
• Utilize migration tools such as ADMT, Quest Migration Manager, or equivalent solutions.
• Develop and execute pre-migration validation, testing, and rollback strategies.
• Automate administrative and migration tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance standards, and AD best practices.
• Provide post-migration support and resolve complex technical issues.
• Act as a technical lead, guiding L1/L2 engineers and ensuring adherence to ITIL processes.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Active Directory administration, engineering, and lifecycle management.
• Proven track record in planning and executing AD migration and upgrade projects.
• Strong expertise in multi-site, multi-domain, and multi-forest AD environments.
• Hands-on experience with AD migration tools (e.g., ADMT, Quest Migration Manager).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server platforms (2016/2019/2022; 2025 preferred).
• Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, and OS-level security.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Experience with Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS), ADFS, and Identity Management solutions.
• Knowledge of IAM, Entra ID, and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies.
• Strong experience in DFS, DNS, and Group Policy management.
• Experience performing AD health checks and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).

Key Responsibilities

Resolves unusually complex field process issues utilizing systematic troubleshooting methodology generally involving multiple processes.  Create a mechanism to communicate issues, track progress and pull resources from multiple business units and/or functions. Uses sound statistical techniques like and problem solving methodologies DOEs (Design of Experiment) to quickly determine root cause and action plans. Communicates learnings from this portion to rest-of-world to strengthen the product packages.

Provides oversight of customer demos, including defining demo conditions and analyzing results.

Assists account teams in managing the customer account to enhance customer satisfaction and increase AMAT’s product and technical reputation.

Works with business unit in technology development and transfer to customers including customized process development.  Plans unit process sequence based on customer requirements.  Negotiates process specifications  and service offerings with customers.  Takes ownership of delivering the required solution to the customers that meets specification.
