Main Purpose of the Role

The role provides essential operational support to both MUFG Bank Singapore Branch and MUFG Securities Asia, in delivering the safety, soundness, and compliance of all HR activities in alignment with local labour laws, regulatory requirements, and organisational standards, ensuring that global delivery meets local requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking for HR Manager to lead andoversee our human resources functions. The HR Manager will play a key role indriving people strategies, ensuring compliance with Singapore employmentregulations, and building a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and review HR policies andprocedures in line with local employment laws.

· Manage end-to-end recruitment, including workforceplanning, job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for non-managerial positions, including reviewing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, liaising with recruitment agencies, screening and shortlisting candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, and facilitating candidate selection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, including exposure to regional payroll administration and compensation & benefits.

You will serve as the single point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, manage data centre operations, and ensure smooth IT infrastructure functioning while adhering to service level agreements and supporting shift work including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a single point of contact for incident management, service requests, and escalation to ensure timely resolution
