Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting

• Manage full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation for clients’ companies (managing 10–25 clients’ portfolio & full sets of accounts)

• Ensure compliance with GST, tax filing, CPF, and other statutory submissions.

• Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes
• Recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
• Ensure compliance of regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and other agencies
