Job Purpose

Job Duties:

• Provide secretarial executive support to a team of 4-5 pax

• Manage calendars across multiple time zones, including scheduling internal and external meetings, prioritizing commitments, and resolving conflicts.

• Coordinate end‑to‑end global travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visas, and itineraries.

• Manage invoice and expenses checking and processing, including review, documentation, and securing necessary approvals for payment

• Act as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

• Support meetings, and events, including agenda preparation, materials compilation, logistics, and follow‑ups.

• Compile presentations, reports, and correspondence in advance of meetings.

• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information and handle matters with professionalism and integrity.

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience providing executive‑level administrative support, preferably within financial services or a multinational corporate environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

• Proven ability to work independently with sound judgment, discretion, and problem‑solving capabilities.
