• At least 3 years of experience in SHEQ program administration

Your core responsibilities are:

• Use, manipulate and extract data for reporting and analysis

Minimum qualifications

• Experience with assembly of mechanical or electrical systems, or performing component-level repairs and troubleshooting on technical equipment.
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting one of the following: operating systems, computer/server hardware, or networking protocols.
• Ability to lift/move 50lb (23kg) of equipment and ability to exert yourself physically over extended periods of time, including frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling and lifting.
• Ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting one of the following: operating systems and computer/server hardware or networking protocols.
• Experience in Linux Professional Institute Certificate or equivalent working with Linux (Red Hat, Slackware, Fedora, SUSE, Ubuntu, Debian, Gentoo) or Unix (Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, BSD) or another similar operating system.
• Experience with performing component-level repairs and troubleshooting on IT equipment or in a similar role (e.g., Systems Administration, Network Deployment Engineer, Help Desk Technician, etc).
• Experience working within a data center or network operation center environment.
• Experience in project leadership and management.

Job Summary

Customer Service Officers at The Write Connection deliver premium service by engaging customers, managing sales, and supporting centre operations to ensure a smooth and positive experience for students and parents.

Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service

• Explain TWC courses, education philosophy, and pedagogy clearly to potential customers to support informed decisions
• Promote TWC programmes to both new and existing customers to drive enrolment and retention
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Respond promptly and effectively to phone and email queries to resolve customer needs
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently to support centre revenue goals

Administrative Duties

• Schedule replacement lessons for students and appointments for parents, Centre Management, or teachers to ensure smooth operations
• Manage centre inventory and handle simple logistics tasks to maintain resource availability
• Perform filing and other administrative duties as assigned to support centre administration

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum GCE 'A' levels or Diploma qualification
• At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in enrichment centre settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage scheduling and administrative tasks
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective and efficient customer service
• Professional work ethics including integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence
• Willingness to be trained according to TWC ethos and SOPs
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexibility to be deployed to different centres as operational needs arise

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Other Information

Work Hours

• Full-time, 5-day week including one weekend day.
• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (with one hour meal break).
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (with one hour meal break).
• One weekday off and one weekend off per week.
• Approximately 2-hour meeting weekly.

Work Location

• Work location is subject to operational needs. You need to be comfortable with travelling to branches around Singapore.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities 

• Pre-Sales, Master Planning & Visualization (30%): Develop site master plans, building layouts, and high-quality renderings for client RFP responses; collaborate with Sales to define the "aesthetic and functional" value proposition of a site. 

• Architectural Design & Space Optimization; High Level Civil & Structural Calculations (25%): Lead the design of building envelopes, logistics, and vertical transportation; perform GFA/CFA calculations and neighbourhood impact analyses (GIS) to maximize site utility. Provide simple civil and structural estimations for space planning and cost estimation purposes.  

• Cross-Functional Solution Integration (15%): Follow closely to the technical solution as developed by the Lead Mechanical and Lead Electrical engineers. Proactively ask questions and ensure understanding of the tasks as data center design are very dynamic. Laise with other departments to understand their aesthetic, design and documentation requirements. Partner with the Product Team to integrate MEP and structural modules into the architectural framework; coordinate with Internal Procurement for facade and material selection. 

• Technical Oversight & Delivery Support (5%): Provide ongoing support to the Delivery Team to resolve architectural site issues; review submissions from local Architects of Record (AOR) to ensure alignment with IntraTrak standards. Review vendor samples, finish boards, etc.   

• Compliance & Standards Governance (10%): Develop and maintain company architectural standards, including branding, signage, and "Ways of Working" (WoW) minimalist aesthetics. 

• Business Planning Support (15%): Assist in the production of phasing plans and budgetary estimates for architectural and civil works. 
  

Qualifications & Requirements 

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. 

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Architecture, with a preferred focus on industrial or mission-critical facilities. 

• Certifications/Licenses: Licensed Architect by a recognized body (e.g., AIA, RIBA, BOA Singapore, or HKIA) is required. 

• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, and InDesign; strong capability in architectural rendering and sales-focused sketching. 

• Knowledge: Have a reasonable technical and operational understanding of the needs and requirements of other trades and disciplines.
