該職位將涉及專案行銷、品牌推廣、活動執行、業務拓展支援、租戶/潛在客戶互動、市場調查、提案準備以及與內部和外部利益相關者的協調。

理想的候選人應具備房地產開發、商業房地產、租賃、房地產行銷、業務拓展、零售、活動場地或相關行業的相關經驗。

主要職責

• 規劃、協調和執行公司專案、商業空間、銷售展廳活動、新品發布會、路演、展覽和促銷活動的行銷活動。
• 協調線上和線下行銷資料，包括社群媒體內容、網站更新、廣告、宣傳冊、標誌、EDM、簡報和其他宣傳資料。
• 與內部團隊、設計師、代理商、供應商和媒體合作夥伴合作，確保行銷材料準確、及時並與公司品牌保持一致。
• 尋找潛在的商業機會、租戶、品牌、代理商、策略合作夥伴、合作者和商業前景。
• 與潛在客戶、租戶、代理商或商業夥伴進行初步接觸，介紹公司專案並探討潛在的合作機會。
• 準備商業計劃書、簡報、公司簡介、專案資訊包和輔助文件。
• 維護業務發展管道記錄、潛在客戶資料庫、跟進狀態和會議記錄。
• 支持租戶招募、租賃相關行銷和商業空間推廣活動。
• 安排現場考察、專案簡報、租戶介紹和後續會議。
• 針對房地產市場趨勢、商業租賃趨勢、競爭對手發展、定價、租戶組合和客戶行為進行市場調查。
• 協調行銷活動、專案啟動、路演、展覽、開放日、租戶互動會議和企業活動。
• 與供應商、代理商、顧問、代理人、合作夥伴和內部團隊聯絡，以確保各項活動順利執行。
• 確保對行銷批准、報價、提案、供應商記錄和業務發展文件進行妥善記錄和控制。
• 履行管理層不時分配的其他職責。

職位要求

• 行銷、工商管理、大眾傳播、房地產、物業管理、業務拓展或相關專業的學士學位。
• 至少 5 至 7 年行銷、業務拓展、租賃、房地產開發、商業房地產、房地產、零售、活動場地或相關行業的經驗。
• 擁有房地產開發、商業租賃、租戶關係維護、專案行銷或房地產業務拓展方面的經驗將是加分項。
• 對行銷、品牌推廣、數位行銷、業務拓展和商業租賃支援有深入的了解。
• 具備較強的商業意識，能夠理解房地產市場趨勢、客戶行為和競爭對手的活動。
• 良好的溝通、表達、提案撰寫和利害關係人管理能力。
• 能夠準備行銷材料、商業計劃書、簡報、報告和管理更新。
• 良好的計劃、協調、跟進和文件記錄能力。
• 精通微軟辦公室軟體，尤其是 PowerPoint、Excel 和 Word。
• 精通英語和馬來語。若業務需要與相關客戶、租戶、代理商或商業夥伴溝通，掌握國語優先考慮。
• 成熟穩重，積極主動，有商業頭腦，能夠在最少的監督下獨立工作。

Job Description:

• Assisting the department Manager & Senior Manager, facilitating planning, coordination & implementing strategies
• Oversee and ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operations of the Distribution Department 
• Supervising, managing and motivating team members to achieve KPI targets, with a high standard of performance, good teamwork, effective communication, consistent positive result, and continuous improvement
• Delegating tasks and setting deadlines.
• Extensive administrative duties for Distribution Department such as preparing reports, correspondences & maintaining confidential records and files
• Ensuring company and department guidelines & policies are followed
• Providing training & coaching to team members
• Setting up objectives to boost department productivity
• Ensuring that goals and objectives are met
• Managing members’ complaints and resolving their issues
• Attend to department matters and enquiries
• Perform any other job/functions as needed

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in any related or similar field
• Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills, able to deal with all levels of people
• Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as a team leader, assistant manager, supervisor or similar role
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to plan and organize

• Ability to work well under pressure & constant deadlines
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage M&E projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate Cold Water & Sanitary Plumbing and Fire Protection installation works on-site.
• Monitor project schedule, cost control, quality, and safety compliance.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure works are carried out according to specifications, drawings, authority requirements, and project standards.
• Oversee testing & commissioning activities and project handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years relevant experience in M&E construction projects.
• Strong knowledge in: Cold Water & Sanitary Plumbing Systems Fire Protection Systems (Wet Riser, Sprinkler, Hose Reel, Hydrant, etc.)
• Familiar with local authority requirements and industry standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple subcontractors and site activities efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel/site-based.
