Key Requirements:

• 7+ years business analysis experience in capital markets with strong proven trading systems exposure.
• Deep knowledge of execution management systems, order lifecycle, and trading workflows within wealth management environments.
• Hands on experience with APIs including REST, HTTPS, and FIX for low latency system integrations.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to solve problems using structured thinking and data driven insights.
• Excellent communication skills engaging stakeholders, influencing decisions, and navigating organizations across business and technology teams.
