About the Role

GenInnov is seeking an experienced and polished Senior Business Development & Investor Relations Analyst to support the firm’s growth in full compliance with applicable MAS regulations. Get to Know the Role

Reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager in the Integrity team, you will be a key analytics partner in operationalizing the Unified Risk Platform that manages risk across the Grab Ecosystem. You will conduct deep-dive analysis on user behaviors, product funnels, and transaction patterns to identify potential risks and new fraud typologies on our partner platforms. The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely and reliable material supply to Production while optimizing inventory performance and supplier delivery. This role plays a key part in driving supply chain stability, continuous improvement, and cross‑functional alignment within a low‑volume, high‑mix manufacturing environment.

This position reports to the Senior Purchasing Manager, is part of the Purchasing team, located in Singapore, and will be an on‑site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure continuity of material supply to Production by proactively managing demand fluctuations, applying Kanban pull systems, and partnering with Planning, Order Fulfillment, and Manufacturing to balance assurance of supply with inventory optimization.

Senior Cost Analyst to support our expanding manufacturing site in Singapore, supporting the Division. This role involves collecting data, allocating costs, and preparing reports on labor, equipment, depreciation, assembly, and other operating expenses.

You will also prepare journal entries, maintain and reconcile ledger accounts, and prepare financial statements and variance reports.

Additionally, you will conduct analyses and prepare special reports for management in support of the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.

• Lead and participate in month-end close activities and variance analysis, including monthly Purchase Price Variance analysis and related capitalization and amortization entries for multiple factories.

• Prepare and publish weekly and monthly operations reports covering inventory, labor hours earned, absorption, and various manufacturing costs (e.g., scrap, manufacturing variances, warranty).

• Perform new part costing and item setups as required. Conduct periodic standard cost resetting for purchased parts, labor, overhead costs, and BOM revisions in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.

Information Technology team - Singapore

IT Service Management Support provides A&O Shearman (AOS) with an initial point of contact for providing first and second line resolution for IT support calls, requests and reporting. The team manages requests for new services and liaises with other areas of IT to resolve issues with existing systems and hardware.

What you will do

The Senior IT Analyst acts as an ambassador for IT, is responsible for handling requests and incidents as well as providing operational technical support along with occasional training to all customers within A&O Shearman, but predominantly for the Singapore office. The Senior IT Officer is also responsible for driving technological adoption, challenging the status quo, engaging with customers, and is expected to contribute in a positive manner to the success of the firm.

Customer Relationship Management

• Engage frequently with customers to educate and advise on their technological requirements
