The Quality and Environment Executive is responsible to support the HSE Manager coordinate and implement activities in maintaining the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System. The incumbent is also required to be the point of reference in ensuring the plants complies with the local legislation on Environment.

Specific accountabilities and job functions will be but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the implementation and execution of ISO Management System.
• Responsible for the Internal Audit and Management Review as stipulated by the ISO system. Roles includes planning, conducting and reporting.
• Responsible for identifying, monitoring and controlling of documentation.
• Responsible for effective management of environmental issues in compliance with local laws and company policy.
• To prepare monthly department activity report.
• Liasons with external parties on matters concerning ISO Quality & Environmental Management
• To provide awareness and familiarisation training to new employees on matter relating to Quality & Environmental Management.
• Responsible for effective management of environmental aspects and impacts, ensuring compliance with Malaysian environmental legislation including the Environmental Quality Act 1974 (EQA) and its subsidiary regulations.
• In the absence of HSE Manager, to perform his/her duties on matters related to quality & environmental management system.
• To prepare and submit the Cementir Environmental report yearly.
• To liase with DOE on matters concerning scheduled waste.
• Responsible to submit reports and correspondences required by DOE.
• Play the role as Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWaM) for our company.
• Taking up any other roles assigned by the HSE Manager or the management of the company whenever required

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in Quality Management System (QMS) and/or Environmental Management System (EMS), preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Registered with the Department of Environment (DOE) as a Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWaM).
• ISO Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Handle full set accounts and ensure timely monthly closing. Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and management reports.
• Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank, AP/AR, and inter-company reconciliations. Update cashbooks and track fund movements.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash flow and treasury activities. Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate billing with clients/vendors.
• Audit & Tax Compliance: Prepare supporting schedules for annual audits. Assist in tax filings, payments, and statutory compliance.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaison professionally with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and vendors.
• Process Improvement: Ensure compliance with internal policies and assist in workflow optimization and budgeting.

Job Requirements

• Education: Degree or Professional Qualification (ACCA/CPA/MIA) in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 3–4 years of experience handling full set accounts, financial reporting, audit, and tax.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws. Advanced Excel skills are required; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Attributes: Proactive, independent, and highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills. Able to meet tight deadlines under pressure.

We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive – Outdoor to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll strengthen relationships with existing clients while driving new business growth through your strong sales skills and proactive mindset.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• To promote the Company and its products and services to its best advantage under the guidance of Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager or other Senior Managers.
• To meet agreed sales targets for the Company’s products and services on a regular basis at budgeted price levels or better.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s selling propositions and differentiators.
• To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, prospecting, market development, handling complaints and termination calls.
• Coordinating with various internal departments in ensuring proper execution and delivering outstanding customer service.
• To update daily sales in system and SOP compliances
• All monetary collection shall be returned to the company no later than two (2) days.
• Attend other work related duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.
• Make regular visits to clients’ to build rapport and to conduct presentations and/or premises inspections when necessary.
• Deal with clients’ complaints as a matter of urgency in accordance with company policy.
• Work closely with other team members to assist in collection
• Agile and flexible to perform on-site inspection

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum a Diploma in related discipline of studies with proven track record in Sales
• Highly successful at converting clients with the ability to adhere to KPI's to ensure success
• Driven by data and building a network of excellent customer relationships
• Ability to work onsite and go on joint visits with Technical and Service colleagues
• Good understanding of Business clients in your designated locations
• Autonomous and thrive on challenges
• Required valid driving license because driving is part of the job requirement for this designation
• Possess own vehicle, is a Malaysian or holds a relevant resident status

Highly Desirable:

• Excellent sales, solutions & negotiation skills
• Ability to reach & exceed sales targets
• Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
• Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in decent clear communication. Ability to converse in other local dialects will be an added advantage
