KEY WORK OUTPUTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Content Creation and Optimisation:

• Develop, produce, and schedule compelling content for our diverse social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role will support all the Rentokil, Initial and Mouldgone brands.

• Create and edit short-form video content specifically designed to go viral, driving brand awareness and generating quality leads. Monthly content will primarily be video (80%) and static imagery (20%).

• Proactively identify, engage, and manage collaborations with key influencers to broaden our brand's reach and enhance brand messaging. Ensure all partnerships deliver measurable results that align with our campaign objectives.

• Oversee the day-to-day management of all social media accounts, which includes developing a content calendar, crafting engaging captions, optimising hashtags, analysing performance metrics, and fostering community engagement.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital trends, particularly on platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative.

Project Management and Campaign Briefs:

• Effectively prioritise and schedule content creation tasks, managing multiple projects concurrently to meet deadlines.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, SHE and Peer marketers across Asia) to coordinate campaign creation, share insights and align content with broader marketing strategies.
  
• Exhibit strong project management skills to ensure content production remains on track and achieves established objectives.

Email Marketing for Nurture Journeys:

• Create persuasive, compelling content for email landing pages as part of nurture journeys to enhance customer engagement.

• Leverage customer segmentation and buyer personas to craft personalized email content that drives conversions and aligns with customer journeys.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Excellent command of the English language, with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  
• Proficiency in video creation/editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Video shooting.
  
• Mandatory to be native or fluent English speaker.
  
• Experience with basic website management (WordPress, Magnolia or similar platforms) and SEO knowledge preferred.

Description

• Responsible to work with Customers, Operations and Sales team closely to ensure sites have proper pest management program with relevant documentations.
• Responsible for monthly/ quarterly/ yearly reporting and also ensuring customers pass audits (internally and externally).

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Plan and check service schedules via in-house system
• Manage and train service staff in order to improve the service quality
• Make sure team members provide quality and timely services as per scheduled
• Carry out regular quality assurance checks on completed services by spending 20% of available Supervision time on quality assurance checks

E. Quality Assurance & Training

We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive – Outdoor to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll strengthen relationships with existing clients while driving new business growth through your strong sales skills and proactive mindset.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• To promote the Company and its products and services to its best advantage under the guidance of Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager or other Senior Managers.
• To meet agreed sales targets for the Company’s products and services on a regular basis at budgeted price levels or better.
