CNBC International is seeking a high-performing individual to drive Business Development and Distribution for the world’s leading business news brand, in APAC. The CNBC International Commercial group is a small, high-impact team that partners, internally and externally, with C-suite executives to retain and pivot existing revenue streams and fuel long-term growth. • Client Communication: Managing communication between Turner & Townsend and the client. 
• Contract Negotiation: Leading the negotiation and supporting the agreement of contracts with clients and project stakeholders. 
• Financial Management: Managing project budgets, providing commercial management services, producing and presenting financial statements, and offering timely commercial advice. 
• Transactional Compliance: Monitoring transaction compliance i.e. deliverables, costs, forecasting and invoicing etc., as well as producing insightful reporting by reviewing business inputs including contractor inputs to Senior Executives.  
• Risk Management & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, identifying financial and contractual risks, and implementing risk mitigation strategies. 
• Continuous Improvement: Reviewing and developing new processes and streamlining transactional activities.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, retailers and resolve any arising problems or complaints from customers.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Optimize transportation routes and modes to minimize lead times and costs, ensuring on-time product delivery.
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
• Implement effective warehouse management practices to streamline stock or inventory handling, storage, and order fulfillment processes for retailers and customers.
• Able to meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer demands, industry developments to implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce for any issues or challenges that arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of working experiences in logistics and supply chain management.
• Excellent leadership and dynamic team player with the ability to motivate team, foster good relationships and collaboration, therefore achieving great outcomes and results.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Strong decision-making skills, problem-solving skills.
• Details-oriented, results-oriented, and good time management skills.
