• Provide tactical support and coordination for the Fabs as required for issues of People, Safety, Time to Mature cummulative Yield, Quality, Cost, and Cycle Time.

Requirements:

• Master's/Bachelor's in Engineering

• Relevant working experiences in RDA and/or Metrology

• Willing and capable of international travel, including Extended International Business Travel (EIBT) assignment to 6 months as needed, to accomplish the goals.

• Good communication skills, maintain a strong and open relationship with peer group and appropriate team members in other functional areas such as Process Integration Engineering, Quality Systems, Production Operations Management

• Promote worldwide sharing and transfer of area-specific domain knowledge

• Proficiency, experience and knowledge relating to product and test wafer capacity modeling, wafer at risk modeling, Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) concept and system, defect analysis tools, sampling strategy and systems, Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools, Cycle Time Management, tableau creation, SQL and Programming language and Organization Change Management have advantage.

·Implements Organisation's Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety Management System to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.

· Review& revise Regulatory Exposition Documents, Company Quality Policy, and Quality Procedures including the scope of work & capability list periodically as necessary.

·Function as Complaint Coordinator to ensure complaint/feedback been addressed and documented for closure.

· Conduct System, product and process audits to ensure regulatory/customer requirements compliance. Drive Corrective Action Request (CAR) prompt closure with effective Corrective and Preventive actions.

·Responsible to in-coming, in-process and out-going processes ensuring product meets specification.

· Track and monitor quality KPIs and perform trend analysis to identify systemic improvement opportunities.

· Support 3rd party audit activities including pre-audit planning, audit readiness, and post-audit follow up with external auditor.

. Program and optimize CMM inspections using PC-DMIS, Calypso,or MCOSMOS

·        Lead and perform detailed dimensional and visual inspections of machined parts using tools such as Smart Scope, micrometers, calipers, CMMs, height gauges, and surface roughness testers.

·        Lead &Prepare inspection reports, first article inspections (FAI) reports for review and approvals

·        Interpret complex GD&T

·        Perform MSA,GR&R, and Cp/Cpk analysis

·        Partner with Engineering & Production to resolve dimensional issues

·        Mentor junior quality team members

·        Foster culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the quality team.

·        Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and advanced inspection tools (CMM,vision systems).

·        Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to read complex engineering drawings.

·        Experience with quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis,and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

·        Experience in high-mix, tight-deadline manufacturing environments

·        Familiarity with ERP systems

Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field.

· Ability to read engineering drawings and use a variety of precision testing and measuring
