Key Responsibilities

· Lead the development and optimization of real-time control algorithms for Solid State Transformers (multi-stage, multilevel, and resonant topologies) and grid-connected inverters operating in both grid-forming and grid-following modes.

· Architect and implement robust embedded software and firmware (C/C++) for DSP, FPGA, and multi-core microcontroller platforms, ensuring high-performance bi-directional power flow, fault management, and seamless grid interaction.

· Define and execute system-level modeling and simulation strategies using MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD/EMTDC, or similar tools; drive automatic code generation and model-based design workflows for production systems.

· Lead renewable energy integration efforts, including PV, wind, and energy storage systems, with advanced techniques such as virtual synchronous machines (VSM), hierarchical power management, droop control, inertia emulation, and compliance with stringent grid codes (IEEE 1547, IEC 61727/62116, Grid Code requirements).

· Oversee Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), Power-Hardware-in-the-Loop (PHIL), and Controller Hardware-in-the-Loop (CHIL) testing campaigns; lead performance validation, stability analysis, and certification activities.

· Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams (hardware, systems, test, and firmware) on protection schemes, communication architectures (IEC 61850, Modbus TCP, DNP3, OPC-UA), cybersecurity, and functional safety.

· Mentor and guide junior control/software engineers; conduct design reviews, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement of the control software platform and architecture.

· Identify and solve complex technical challenges related to harmonics, resonance, grid disturbances, renewable intermittency, and high-power SiC/GaN-based converters.

Required Qualifications

Job Description

•                    Plan, execute, and report audits for theorganization, subcontractors, and suppliers.

•                    Conduct protocol, data, and report audits;perform in-life phase inspections per SOPs and bioanalytical guidelines (FDA,EMA).

•                    Review raw data against draft reports foraccuracy and completeness.

•                    Perform spot inspections and generate reports.

•                    Monitor corrective actions and theirimplementation.

•                    Prepare, review, and improve QA procedures;review other departmental procedures.

•                    Provide quality training (self-initiated, annualcompliance, on request).

•                    Serve as QA contact person.

•                    Host client audits and regulatory inspections.

•                    Maintain knowledge of GCLP, GCP, GMP, CAP,ISO17025, ISO 15189.

Requirement

•                    Degree in Lifescience and related field

•                    Required min 2 years’ experience in qualitysystems set up according to GCLP and/or GCP and experience in the field of ISO/ IEC 17025 and 15189

 Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience and understanding of automated systems supporting manufacturing, IT infrastructure, Engineering and operations.
• Strong understanding and applicable regulations (FDA/EU/ICH), with emphasis in 21 CFR Part 11, 210, 211, and 820 and local regulatory expectations.
• Promoting GMP awareness and a culture of continuous improvement and facilitating manufacturing process improvements, laboratory operational excellence and validation activities, including latest trends in validation and best practices.
•  Assist in review and preparation of process/production equipment validation and computer systems validation
• Review and approval of all Data Integrity – related activities and training including periodic reviews and status report to management
• Improve and add to existic Data Integrity knowledge base, identify training requirements and serve as SME for the same
• Serve as Validation Point of Contact and thus review all validation/qualification documents related to facilities, utilities and equipment.
• Train all site personnel in validation area, provide training and prepare for both internal and external audit and investigations that follow
• Hands on Computerized Systems Validation GAMP5/21CFR

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in Quality Management Systems and Proficient in leading Validation, Computerized Systems/SDLC, Change Management, Manufacturing Quality, Deviation Investigation, Data integrity, Audits and Compliance, Documentation Control, Training Management and CAPA management
• Minimum bachelor’s or master’s degree
• GMP & GDP Certificate is plus
• Well versed with Regulatory Guidelines – USFDA, EU GMP, PDA, PICS, 21CFR, BPE, ISPE, USP <1050>, GAMP5, ISO, WHO etc.

• Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
• Saturday: 8am-12pm (Required to work every Sat before probation ; alternate Sat after confirmation)
