• Manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and CapExplanning, ensuring spend aligns with approved plans and timelines.
• Drive SQDC performance and ensure compliance with SOPs,safety, SOX, GMP, and GDP requirements.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders,sterilizers, and external service providers to ensure smooth product flow.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused onprocess efficiency, space optimization, automation, and cost savings.
• Ensure accurate and timely logistics transactions,shipment booking, monitoring, and tracking within SAP.
• Conduct regular walkabouts to improve 5S, safety,quality, WIP control, and space utilization.
• Develop and coach team members, support successionplanning, and promote a multi‑skilled workforce.
• Communicate effectively with internal and externalstakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and on‑time delivery.
• Promote a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace in line with EHS and ISO 14001 requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• SAP knowledge
• Proficient in spreadsheet software
• Minimum 5 years warehousing experience, preferably in manufacturing environment.

1. Materials Management & Procurement

·       Maintain warehouse operations to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

·       Work closely with Project Engineering, Pre-Sales, Product Engineering, Service and Response, Quality, and Compliance teams to align supply chain activities meeting business and company’s goal.

·       Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring material readiness.

·       Provide proactive solutions to mitigate supply chain risks impacting project deadlines.

4. KPI Setting & Management Reporting

·       Establish clear KPIs for procurement efficiency, supplier performance, inventory turnover, delivery and timely project management.

·       Develop regular management reports with actionable insights on supply chain performance.

·       Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost savings, efficiency and supply chain resilience.

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field or 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the Data Centre industry.

·       Strong skills in supplier negotiation, ERP/MRP systems, and data-driven decision-making.

·       Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in risk management and process optimization.
