They are seeking an Audit Compliance & Technical Manager who will be responsible for leading and executing risk-based internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, governance processes, and risk management frameworks. This role provides independent and objective assurance to senior management and the Board, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform continuous monitoring of compliance and independence requirements in accordance with ACRA’s Code of Ethics and internal firm policies.
• Oversee the annual compliance declaration process, including confirmations, documentation, and tracking of regulatory obligations.
• Assess potential compliance risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and stay informed of updates to regulatory and professional standards.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the System of Quality Management (SoQM) in compliance with SSQM 1 requirements.
• Establish, review, and enhance SoQM controls, policies, monitoring activities, and remediation procedures.
• Strengthen the firm’s overall compliance, risk management, and audit quality frameworks through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support and advisory on audit methodology, professional standards, and quality control matters.
• Evaluate findings from internal reviews and inspections, recommend corrective measures, and enhance audit processes, tools, and best practices.
• Supervise and mentor internal audit executives or associates.
• Review audit workpapers and ensure audit quality standards are maintained.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in audit, compliance, or technical accounting.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and quality control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to train and guide audit teams.

Job Responsibilities

Business Manager (Central Kitchen) manages the overall performance of an organization's central kitchen. Besides monitoring production output levels to ensure that quality levels are maintained, he/she is also expected to set up new food production standards, kitchen operation guidelines and to propose research and development activities for new products. To constantly liaise with suppliers on food cost changes and procure new vendors to maintain control on food production cost. 7. Establish and maintain good rapport with suppliers to ensure sufficient supply of ingredients for food preparation.

8. Arrange and transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, in accordance to Workplace Safety and ensure work environment is safe for work for all employees.

9. Forecast and budget sales and expenses. Conduct financial analysis, provide monthly profit and loss reports.

10. Take lead on special projects e.g. to develop new sales channel to increase profitability of the Company.

Job Requirements
