The Senior System Engineer serves as the senior technical authority within the Service Delivery organization. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Manager to lead project technical coordination, design management, and compliance activities. Key Responsibilities

Technical Management

• Manage and maintain project technical standards, specifications, and procedures

Role: Hands-on MSSQL Database Administrator role focused on production support, database maintenance, automation, troubleshooting, patching/upgrades, and ensuring business-critical databases remain available and performant.

Requirement:

Minimum 4-8 years of experience in MSSQL 2019/2022/2025 Database Administration.

Perform production support administration tasks including proactive monitoring, maintenance and on-call support to ensure availability and performance requirements are met.

Involve in operational automation process that covers monitoring, maintenance and standard changes.

Provide root cause analysis for problems and take action to mitigate future errors.

What You'll Do:

• Assess vulnerabilities and recommend or plan patch deployments.
