• 監督員工記錄、考勤和休假管理

• 透過招聘機構和線上招聘廣告尋找候選人

現場激勵與技術人員管理

• 管理和核實技術人員的現場獎勵申請

• 與專案/現場團隊密切聯絡，進行核實

• 確保提交內容準確、完整、及時

• 保持適當的追蹤和報告

旅行與物流協調

• 管理員工的航班預訂、住宿和後勤安排

• 與專案團隊密切協調差旅安排

• 確保成本控制和適當的審批流程

• 必要時處理緊急/臨時旅行安排

行政及營運支持

• 支援辦公室行政管理和文件控制

• 協調內部訓練、會議和公司活動

合規與報告

• 確保人力資源流程符合公司政策和地方法規。

• 準備人力資源報告（人力、報銷、考勤）

• 妥善保存相關文件以備審計之用

要求：

• 人力資源、工商管理或相關領域的文憑/學位

• 至少2至5年人力資源及行政相關經驗

• 熟悉薪資處理、報銷和津貼流程

• 能夠獨立工作

• 較強的協調能力、問題解決能力及多工處理能力

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions, ensuring the selection of top talent to meet organizational needs.
• Coordinate visa and work permit processes for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
• Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation programs, documentation verification, and exit interviews, to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and evaluating effectiveness of training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Stay informed about relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry trends, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and update and maintain HR policies, procedures, employee handbook, communicating changes to staff as necessary.
• Manage HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, and managing HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, and operations, to support HR initiatives, resolve issues, and drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. .
• Proven experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a senior HR capacity.
• Proven track record of successfully leading HR initiatives and projects that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Proficiency in UBS systems, Microsoft Office, and other HR-related software applications.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• 處理一般人力資源行政事務。
• 協助組織培訓計畫和人力資源活動。
• 維護人力資源政策、程序和文件。

5. 合規與員工支持

• 確保人力資源實務符合公司政策和勞動法。
• 協助員工處理與人力資源相關的諮詢。
• 必要時協助處理紀律程序並做好相關文件記錄。

6. 培訓與發展

• 根據部門要求確定員工培訓需求。
• 協調內部和外部培訓計劃。
• 維護員工訓練記錄和訓練矩陣。
• 申請並領取補助金 – 人力資源發展部

7. ER/IR

A) 員工關係管理

• 維護員工與管理階層之間的良好關係。
• 處理員工投訴、不滿和工作場所問題。
• 向員工講解公司政策和流程。
• 協助人力資源部門營造正向的工作環境。

B) 勞資關係合規性

• 確保公司行為符合1955年《僱傭法令》和馬來西亞勞動法規。
• 處理與解僱、不當行為和不公平解僱相關的案件。
• 如有需要，協助準備勞動局（JTK）或工業法庭案件的相關文件。

8. 其他

• 協助人力資源助理處理外籍員工相關事宜（繼續指導人力資源助理處理任何與外籍員工相關的問題）
• 協助人力資源經理進行人力規劃和人力資源營運活動
