Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Finance team.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee statutory and management reporting, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, fixed assets, inventories, AP/AR.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports in compliance with financial standards and tax regulations.
• Prepare consolidated management reports and financial statements.
• Lead year-end statutory audits, including preparation of annual reports and audit documentation.
• Maintain robust internal controls and update financial policies regularly.
• Manage GST filing, withholding tax, corporate income tax review, and IRAS queries.
• Prepare financial analysis and presentations for senior management.
• Support annual budgeting and special projects (e.g., system implementation).

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/ISCA/CA qualification.
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of experience in leading a small team
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare industry will be a nice to have

General HR Operations & Administration

• Oversee all HR functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and compliance with labor laws.

Compensation and Benefit including Payroll

• Hands on approach to prepare and oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., CPF contributions, annual income tax filing, MOM regulations). Familiar with local statutory requirements.
• Familiar with various payroll systems
• Experience in payroll system data migration, updates or upgrading, generating monthly payslip & year-end IR8A data to IRAS under the Auto Inclusion Scheme.
• Monthly payroll cost allocation .
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health and life insurance.
• Provide day-to-day support for local employee benefits administration.

Recruitment

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment, including requisition approvals, managing internal/external job postings, candidate sourcing, pre-screening, coordination and interview with the hiring manager, and facilitating all steps of the offer process including background checks.
• Manage and coordinate all work pass ie EP, S Pass and Work Permit application and processes.
• Prepare employment letters and other employment related documentation as required.
• Facilitate onboarding activities, such as coordinating with Payroll, Induction Program with new hires to ensure smooth integration and early engagement into the company and teams culture
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions including letter of appointments, probations, terminations etc.
• Coordinate exit interviews with departing employees and share key insights with The Management.

Job Requirement

• Minimum O level with at least 6 years of relevant working experience in HR.
• Those with more years of experience will be considered for senior position.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Has good knowledge in MOM statutory requirements, documentation, administrative and people skills.
• Knowledge on ISO 9001 standards will be preferred.

Product Manager (Managed Services & As-A-Service Portfolio)

Role Overview

A leading IT services and digital infrastructure company is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the end-to-end design, packaging, commercialisation, and lifecycle management of its Managed Services and As-A-Service portfolio.

This role will focus on cloud, network, end-user, and hybrid infrastructure services, ensuring that all offerings are market-ready, competitively positioned, commercially viable, and aligned with the organisation’s recurring revenue and managed services strategy.

The role is primarily focused on product strategy, service design, pricing, commercialisation, and go-to-market enablement, while technical delivery will be managed by the relevant delivery and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Portfolio Management

• Own the full As-A-Service portfolio across Cloud, Network, End-User, and Hybrid Infrastructure domains.

• Develop product roadmaps aligned with customer demand, market trends, and organisational strategy.

• Define value propositions and differentiated offerings across Government, Enterprise, and SME sectors.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to ensure offerings remain relevant and competitive.

Service Packaging & Commercial Definition

• Develop service packages including scope, inclusions/exclusions, SLA tiers, response times, service credits, and support levels.

• Create pricing models, rate cards, costing frameworks, and margin structures for cloud, infrastructure, end-user, and network managed services.

• Ensure product documentation such as brochures, service descriptions, proposal templates, and commercial decks are standardised and sales-ready.

• Govern version control, product updates, and lifecycle changes across all offerings.

Go-To-Market & Sales Enablement

• Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with product positioning, customer presentations, tender submissions, and commercial structuring.

• Provide training and enablement to Sales, Delivery, and internal stakeholders on new and updated service offerings.

• Partner with Marketing to support campaigns, service launch communications, and customer messaging.

Financial Ownership & Performance Tracking

• Develop and maintain profitability models for the portfolio to ensure sustainable margins.

• Forecast consumption and revenue for subscriptions and recurring managed services.

• Monitor product performance, utilisation, customer adoption, and churn, and recommend product improvements or retirement where needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Delivery and Technical SMEs to validate feasibility, operational readiness, and support structures.

• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with costing, contracts, and regulatory requirements.

• Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth transition from commercialisation to service delivery.

Service Quality, Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Define KPIs for service performance and support periodic service reviews with Delivery teams.

• Ensure alignment with relevant compliance, security, and governance standards.

• Incorporate customer feedback and operational insights to continuously refine service offerings.

Requirements

Education & Certifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Certifications such as Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud Digital Leader, ITIL, or equivalent would be advantageous.

Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in product management, cloud services, managed services, or IT commercial roles.

• Experience with cloud subscription management, cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), and IT managed service offerings.

• Familiarity with managed services across end-user, infrastructure, and network environments.

• Exposure to System Integrator environments, enterprise customer engagement, and multi-vendor ecosystems would be preferred.

Construction Manager / Assistant Construction Manager

• Work Location: Changi, office at (Lavender area)

• Working days: 5.5 days 8am to 5pm, Alternate Saturday Full Day

Job Description

• Overall responsibility for all construction activities with respect to performance, procedure, and making recommendations to project managers for improvements and corrective actions.
