Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute redemption and engagement campaigns for credit cards customers from launch to fulfilment
• Plan and execute a robust communication plan for credit card customer base

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving both Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Acquisition (TA) initiatives within the Store Support Centre (SSC - Corporate). This includes identifying and addressing training needs, managing onboarding and performance processes, and ensuring timely delivery of functional training programmes. In addition, the role will oversee end‑to‑end recruitment activities for SSC roles, partnering with HR Business Partners and line managers to ensure efficient hiring aligned with business requirements. The candidate will play a key role in enhancing employee capability, supporting organisational growth, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and processes.

This role is based in Tampines.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development (L&D)

• Work closely with HR Business Partners and line managers to identify training needs for team members (e.g. new hires, role changes, or performance gaps).
• Support the delivery of functional training programmes, including sourcing and managing relationships with external training vendors.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop internal training materials.
• Develop and continuously improve the onboarding and store attachment programme, ensuring timely enrolment of all new joiners.
• Conduct 30, 60, and 90‑day check‑ins with new joiners to assess onboarding effectiveness and flag learning gaps to HR Business Partners.
• Arrange and manage training logistics, including registration, scheduling, preparation of materials, and vendor payments.
• Track completion of forms and deadlines relating to performance management processes (e.g. objectives, mid‑year check‑ins, year‑end reviews).
• Own the development, updating, and maintenance of training materials, guides, and learning resources to ensure relevance.
• Monitor training attendance, completion, and feedback, preparing regular reports and deriving improvement opportunities.
• Track completion of mandatory trainings and issue reminders to ensure timely compliance.
• Ensure adherence to internal HR policies, recruitment guidelines, and documentation requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of L&D processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Talent Acquisition (TA)

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment execution for store support centre (SSC) roles, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to support timely hiring decisions, ensuring recruitment activities align with approved labour budgets and requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of pre‑employment reference checks, onboarding documentation, and joining arrangements.
• Provide weekly reporting on recruitment progress and timelines, highlighting delays or risks impacting business operations.
• Support employer branding initiatives related to SSC hiring, including communications, job advertisements, posters, and career‑related content.
• Assist in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and early‑career/campus hiring activities as required.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of HR experience, with prior exposure in L&D / Talent Acquisition.
• Preferably from industry with large workforce and comfortable to engage team members from various level.
• Possess good people skills and positive attitude
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
