A.  Accounts Responsibility:

We are looking for a dedicated Senior/ Assistant Manager to join our SingHealth Staff Protection Office. Reporting directly to the Manager, you will serve as the key point of contact for SingHealth institutions, providing guidance and support in handling incidents of abuse or harassment involving patients and their next of kin.

In this role, you will work closely with frontline staff to ensure that all policies related to incident response are both effective and relevant. Job Description

Reports to the Nurse Manager and deputies her in her absence. Responsible for the administration and implementation of the Home's policies and procedures; supervise a team of care staff which include overseeing day-to-day nursing and related activities, ensuring quality nursing standards and proper clinical documentation.

· Participate in investigation of process deviation, cGMP and all other compliance related matters, where applicable.

REQUIREMENT

· Good understanding of safe working practices and cGMP.

· Experience in cream/gel manufacturing and tube filling/packing is preferred.

· Prior experience in packaging serialization is a plus.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
