Sebagai Jurutera Projek, anda akan mempunyai kemahiran yang kukuh dalam pembangunan pelan kerja dan pengesanan kemajuan. Tanggungjawab dan Tugas

•Menetapkan keperluan permohonan dan berhubung dengan pihak berkepentingan untuk penyediaan dokumen dan pematuhan kepada garis panduan dan peraturan pihak berkuasa tempatan tetapi tidak terhad kepada Majlis Tempatan, Jabatan Alam Sekitar, JKKP, CIDB, Bomba, TNB, Pegawai Keselamatan dan lain-lain sebelum permulaan kerja.

•Membantu jurutera tapak dalam mewujudkan pelan projek, objektif, prosedur, metodologi pengumpulan data dan piawaian prestasi dalam parameter dasar korporat yang memastikan pematuhan dengan piawaian dan spesifikasi untuk kawalan dan jaminan kualiti.

•Mengawasi belanjawan, penjadualan, pangkalan data projek dan pelaporan kepada saluran pengurusan secara berkala serta mengenal pasti isu-isu berpotensi yang boleh menjejaskan kos atau jadual dengan ketara.

•Bekerjasama dan berkomunikasi secara berkesan dengan Pasukan Projek, Pelanggan, Perunding dan Kontraktor untuk memastikan projek siap tepat pada masanya dalam bajet yang diperuntukkan sambil mematuhi bahaya keselamatan.

• Menyelaras dan mengurus perolehan dan logistik untuk bahan binaan, barangan fabrikasi dan peralatan sambil memastikan pematuhannya dengan piawaian industri.

• Mengekalkan dokumentasi projek yang tepat termasuk laporan kemajuan, diari tapak, pesanan perubahan dan langkah kawalan kualiti.

•Menjalankan apa yang diperkatakan, melatih jurulatih, menghadiri senarai semak, menjalankan pemeriksaan dan mendapatkan COA yang ditandatangani oleh pelanggan untuk menandakan berakhirnya peristiwa penting projek biogas untuk fasa pembinaan dan pentauliahan.

• Menyemak hasil kerja kejuruteraan bersama pasukan projek setelah projek siap dan memulakan tindakan pembetulan yang sesuai untuk pelaksanaan projek pada masa hadapan.

Keperluan Kemahiran dan Kelayakan

•Ijazah sarjana muda dalam Bio-Teknologi / Kejuruteraan Mekanikal dari universiti atau kolej yang diiktiraf.

•3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Jurutera Projek dengan kemahiran pengurusan dan penyeliaan projek yang cemerlang.

•Pengalaman dalam Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project dan Auto-Cad adalah satu kemestian.

•Pengetahuan tentang kod, dasar, piawaian dan amalan terbaik yang berkenaan adalah diutamakan.

•Kebolehan melancong secara meluas dengan penguasaan Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia yang baik adalah diutamakan.

• To provide the Service Manager with status reports on a monthly basis covering:

a. State of Service

b. Customer Issues

c. Supervisor’s issues

d. Other issues

D. Staff Recruitment, Welfare & Development

• Recruit (subject to prior approval from AOM) new Service Technicians.
• Induct, train and manage service staff effectively.
• Maintain a high level of morale amongst your staff.
• Ensure that staff have a full understanding of the Company’s objective and policies.

E. Quality Assurance & Training

• Ensure a high level of competence in the required skills amongst service staff by providing continuing training and practical assistance & guidance in the field.
• Develop good customer relationships through being knowledgeable about your work, and taking ownership of service problems.
• Ensure that all customer complaints are attended to within 24 hours.
• Ensure that Service Supervisors duties are audited monthly.
• Ensure that each Service Technician is audited at least once every 2 months.

F. Health & Safety

• To ensure that all chemicals are handled, store and applied with due regard to the safety standards laid down within the Company, and that staff are never exposed to untoward risks in the course of their work.
• To ensure that all service vehicles are roadworthy & safe through a monthly inspection.
• To constantly project, by personal example, Good & Safe Working Practices within the Branch.

G. OTHER DUTIES

• Maintain friendly and co-operation relations with the sales team providing sales lead, and other useful feedback from the customer.
• Support the sales team in achieving the sales targets for the branch.
• To constantly improve his/her knowledge of pest management by private study, membership of associations and attendance at courses, and also by the study of technical literature provided by the Company, and through practical experience in the field.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• To promote the Company and its products and services to its best advantage under the guidance of Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager or other Senior Managers.

A Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store’s sales and profit. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll always put customers first, offer assistance, and share your product and fashion knowledge. You’ll create an environment that is easy for customers to shop through store operations and great garment care. You will also share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working environment.​

Key Responsibilities​

• Provide great customer experience.​
• Fold, hang, display, and merchandise garments to maximize selling opportunities.​
• Actively process, stock and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room.​
• Open, unpack, and label merchandise with security tags.​
• Support customer purchases and returns in the register.​

• Lead and/or support lead auditor on RBS audit schemes (e.g. RBA, SMETA, WRAP, etc)
• Making relevant decisions concerning the audit process 
• Ensure effective delivery of audits in line with RBS Global Procedures and any Scheme requirements or client SOPs
• Meet agreed turnaround times for reporting and other deliverables
• Respond to client enquiries on technical matters
• Present a professional image in all dealings with clients and auditees
• Promote the SGS approach and services at seminars and through presentations and articles
• Provide technical input to back office and sales teams as required
• Technical review of reports from other auditors
• Active development of relationships through existing networks and contacts. Remain up-to-date with current thinking and client expectations in this field; establish and maintain a network of stakeholders including NGOs, industry bodies and related contacts; attend public and client-led conferences; read news related to their topic of interest
• Ensure full compliance with the Company’s Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct and Impartiality Policy and encourage others do so
• Cooperate fully with any investigations in relation to Quality issues or Integrity where required
• At all times, adopt a safe behaviour by exercising due regard for their own health and safety and that of colleagues and clients, in line with the Company’s policies and procedures
• Witness other auditors for effectiveness of auditing to ensure that competence is maintained
• Maintain and develop own skills and knowledge both technologically and in the field of management system and standards as part of continuous professional development (CPD) where appropriate
• To provide commercial referrals to Sales and Marketing department and assist in the company business budget achievement
• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by his / her manager

• Melakukan servis berkaitan dengan Hygiene seperti penukaran alas kaki pelbagai saiz, menambah dan mengantikan tisu tandas, sabun basuh tangan, hand sanitizer, toilet sanitizer, pewangi udara dan sebagainya di premis-premis pelanggan kami.
• Mencari peluang untuk menambah pendapatan sampingan dengan mempromosikan perkhidmatan Syarikat dengan sebaik mungkin di bawah bimbingan Penyelia.
• Memberi sokongan kepada Penyelia dan pasukan dalam pelaksanaan tugas.
• Membina dan mengekalkan hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan-pelanggan.
• Memberi laporan yang betul dan tepat pada masanya apabila diarahkan oleh Penyelia.
• Menyerahkan wang kutipan servis (jika ada) dengan kadar yang segera atau dalam masa dua (2) hari.
• Hadir dan melibatkan diri di dalam perjumpaan/taklimat/mesyuarat mingguan/bulanan yang diadakan oleh pengurusan cawangan anda.
• Tugas-tugas lain yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan yang mungkin diberikan kepada anda dari semasa ke semasa.

• To conduct testing according to SOP, QA/QC procedures in accordance to ISO/IEC 17025 and meeting turnaround time (TAT).
• To adhere to group HSE safety procedures.
• To establish and review laboratory operating procedures.

• To comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) local regulation (Occupational Safety and Health Act 1996, Factory and Machinery Act 1967, Environmental Quality Act 1974).
• To report any hazard / risk, near-miss and incident in Crystal system.
• Ensure that all Operational Integrity Management System (OIMS) requirements are met.
