Peranan ini bertanggungjawab mengurus pengawasan kewangan, operasi Sumber Manusia dan fungsi pentadbiran sambil memimpin pasukan dalaman yang kecil dan menyelaras dengan sokongan perakaunan luar.

Tanggungjawab Utama

• Mengawasi operasi kewangan, pemantauan aliran tunai dan pelaporan pengurusan.

• Memastikan pematuhan dengan keperluan berkanun dan kewangan.

Keperluan Asas

• Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Perakaunan, Kewangan, Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Sumber Manusia atau bidang berkaitan.
• Minimum 5 tahun pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan dalam pengurusan kewangan dan pentadbiran.
• Pengalaman dalam kejuruteraan, pembinaan atau industri berasaskan projek adalah satu kelebihan tambahan.
• Pemahaman yang baik tentang operasi kewangan, pentadbiran HR dan pengurusan pejabat.
• Mahir dengan peraturan perundangan dan pekerjaan Malaysia.
• Kemahiran organisasi, kepimpinan dan penyelesaian masalah yang kukuh.
• Mahir dalam Microsoft Office dan sistem perakaunan.
• Mampu menguruskan pelbagai tanggungjawab dan bekerja secara bebas.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor technical team.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

Requirements:

• 2-3yrs working experience as a project engineer
• Knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support APAC EHS Director to ensure comprehensive compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations & corporate standards across APAC.
• Support locations on coordinating the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification audit, CAP audit, and Corporate audit. Provide technical assistance on findings closure.
• Support locations on investigations into accidents and injuries, conduct root cause analyses and hazard assessments; prepare necessary materials for both internal and external reporting.
• Support APAC EHS director on inspecting sites to identify any potential health and safety hazards, recommending and ensuring implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
• Support APAC EHS director to lead safety related promotion programs especially on Machine guarding, Electrical Safety, LOTO and Contractor Safety Management.
• Act as the regional electrical safety coordinator to support OE-ES on Electrical Safety Management.
• Coordinating the regional EHS meetings and updating EHS related KPIs.
• Support emergency preparedness activities and maintain related documentation.
• Provide general administrative support for EHS reporting and coordination across APAC sites.

This role ensures that Bosch APAC meets global EHS expectations through consistent data management, accurate reporting, and timely support of safety and compliance activities.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

The overall responsibility of this position is to coordinate all aspects of Malaysia coaters planning, delivery, inventory control and planning process improvement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Responsible for production scheduling and coordinating manufacturing activities to meet the requirements of both of the external and internal customers.

• Manage and control work in process, finished product and slow moving inventory for achieving KPIs.

• Resolves day to day issues with cross functional teams concerning scheduling and delivery problems.

• Align and manage with the operation team on the production and delivery constraints as well as flexibility for demand changes.

• Work with oversea DC planners and local customer service teams to gather the orders and ensure delivery on time and achieve service level targets.

• Review and confirm delivery date to Non Asean countries including the drop shipments orders.

• Manage demand and supply based on the S & OP capacity plan of all machines including limit raw material sometimes.

• Maintain the campaign schedule model and product family to optimize the change over, inventory and delivery due date.

• Support new development project, trial schedule, negotiating on constraints and ensure smooth transition to new items without old inventory left.

• Analyze data and make decisions on unforeseen issues as well as work with the team and the back up or contingency plan.

• Raise the difficulty and propose solutions to the supervisor, brainstorm and discuss the proposed solution.

• Maintain item data , appropriate records and prepare reports.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for overall Environment, Health and Safety(EHS) for the Bangi Plant & Kajang Distribution Center to ensure full compliance with legal requirements, standards and company requirements. You will maintain good practices and continuously find avenues to improve along the way to achieve a high EHS standard in alignment with regional and corporate direction and guidelines. Act as support to the plant for special tasks or projects and provide input and guidance to the team to ensure that all EHS factors relevant to projects are addressed appropriately before and during the project. You will be based in Bangi Malaysia and also support the Kajang Distribution Center.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Responsible for all Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), ensuring the sites comply with local legal regulations, international standards and global safety and environment directives.
• Ensure site SOPs are aligned with ISO14001 & ISO45001 standards as well as Corporate EHS Standards, implemented & updated regularly. 
• Perform & update HIRARC for routine work 
• Develop a gemba program, ensure gemba walks are conducted according to plan & follow through on closure of findings. 
• Review of work instructions periodically and audit sites regularly in-accordance to local regulations and company EHS standards.
• Develop EHS yearly training plan & execute both internal and external training for relevant stakeholders (new employees, engineering, forklift drivers, operators and contractors etc.) 
• Support all stakeholders in EHS related matters before and during any projects to prevent any compliance issues and unwanted incidents by reviewing work method statements, risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis before providing work permits and monitoring the project. 
• Prepare and submit necessary reports e.g. monthly report, man hours, environmental metrics etc in the various reporting channels. 
• Lead accident/incident investigations and drive closure of corrective and preventive actions. 
• Assist with maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 program requirements and certification.
• Ensure EHS Committee Meetings are conducted and minutes are prepared and distributed. 
• Continuously build a positive safety culture for the sites by implementing innovative and creative programs for safety, health and well-being. 
• Plan and drive EHS initiatives to continuously reduce risks, improve effectiveness and improve efficiency by leveraging on feedback & new technology.
• Conduct Emergency response drill and maintain post mortem report on yearly basis
• Conduct self assessment for site EHS performance, identify and implement areas for improvement
• Other EHS initiatives and requirements as required from the region or corporate.
