Requirements

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Process invoices, payments, staff claims, and receipts.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and year-end audit activities.
• Prepare GST returns and support tax compliance matters.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities.

Administration

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF, work pass administration, and employment regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software Autocount.
• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary Range

Depending on experience and qualifications, the typical salary range is S$2,700 – S$4,000 per month.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (or as per company policy).
