The Logistics Transformation Intern will provide logistics support to ensure smooth workflows and departmental coordination across logistics operations. This role plays a critical part in delivering structural, process, and strategic changes. The Intern may work cross-functionally with teams such as Compliance, Legal, Product, Operations and Analytics to implement high-impact projects that align with the company's strategic goals.

The role will focus on:

• Administrative Coordination: 

  • Support the team in project deadlines management, ensuring all operational documentation is organised and up-to-date.

• Logistics Project Ownership: 

  • Leading a specific, streamlined project—such as a functional logistics new joiner onboarding guide, to speed up the adaptation of new joiners
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Utilise project management methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor project performance, analyse results, and deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, scalability, and agility.

• Process Documentation: 

  • Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or an AI workflow for simple recurring tasks to ensure consistency in work functional logistics is being handled
  • Collaborate on the alignment of new processes and structures with business objectives.

• Data-Driven Insights and Reporting:

  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for operational improvement and measure the success of transformation efforts.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership on progress and results.

1. Content Marketing & SEO 

• Create and support the production of B2B content including blog posts, case studies, social media posts, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Maintain the content calendar to ensure consistent publishing aligned with marketing goals.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency with brand voice.
• Write SEO-friendly blog posts and optimize on-page content to improve search rankings and organic traffic.

2. Growth Marketing (Lead generation)

• Support outbound lead generation campaigns through LinkedIn and cold email.
• Monitor campaign performance (open rate, reply rate, conversion).

3. Podcast, Webinar & Video Projects

• Support the planning and execution of podcasts, webinars, and video content, including topic research, script preparation, guest coordination, and promotion.
• Assist with basic production and promotion of multimedia content.

5.Team Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, sales and production teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.

• Welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner while ensuring the company security policy on visitor handling
