Job Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and take accurate food and drink orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Clear and reset tables after guests have finished dining.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and polite manner.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Collect guest feedback and report to management to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service operations.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. (6 days work week)
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
