We are a specialist commercial renovation company based in Singapore, delivering high-quality office and restaurant fit-outs. With a strong track record of completed projects, we are scaling our business and looking for a driven BD Executive to grow our client base and build lasting commercial partnerships.
The Role
You will be the primary engine for new business — identifying, qualifying, and converting commercial renovation leads. This is a high-autonomy role where your network, hustle, and relationship-building skills directly translate to your income. You will work closely with the Operation manager who will support you in proposals, site visits, and closing.
What You'll Do
- ✓Proactively source and qualify commercial renovation leads (offices, restaurants, retail)
- ✓Build and maintain relationships with property agents, IDs, architects, and business owners
- ✓Conduct initial client meetings and site visits to scope requirements
- ✓Work with the team to prepare proposals and quotations
- ✓Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline from first contact to signed contract
- ✓Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and trade shows
- ✓Maintain weekly reports on leads, activity, and pipeline status
What We're Looking For
Industry Background
Commercial property, F&B, construction, or facilities management
Experience
2–5 years in B2B sales, BD, or account management
Network
Existing contacts in commercial real estate, F&B, or corporate sector is a strong plus
Communication
Confident, professional, and able to present to C-suite clients
Self-Starter
Comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding
Language
English required; Mandarin a bonus for Chinese-speaking clients
