About the Role:

As a Site Regulatory Associate, you will be responsible for authoring and maintaining Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) documentation to support global and local regulatory submissions. You will collaborate closely with global and country Regulatory Affairs (RA) teams, ensuring timely filings, managing regulatory queries, and assessing the impact of manufacturing and quality changes. This role is critical in bridging site operations with global regulatory strategies, ensuring compliance while enabling innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Author and review CMC sections of regulatory dossiers

• Support new product filings, variations, renewals, and lifecycle management submissions.

• Partner with global RA teams to align submission strategies and timelines.

• Coordinate with country RA affiliates to meet local regulatory requirements.

• Manage responses to Health Authority queries, liaising with site experts and QA.

• Conduct regulatory impact assessments for site changes and support change control processes.

• Maintain compliance with evolving global regulatory guidelines (ICH, EMA, FDA, PMDA, WHO).

• Support audits and inspections with regulatory documentation and expertise.

• Drive continuous improvement in submission processes and site regulatory compliance.

Skills & Competencies :

• Strong knowledge of global CMC regulatory requirements and guidelines.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
• Min 2 years in Regulatory Affairs (CMC focus) within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality systems, and GMP requirements.

Oversee and manage QA/QC activities for workshop fabrication, structural steel works, welding, and site installation.

Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project quality requirements.

Perform visual welding inspections and verify compliance with approved WPS, PQR, and relevant standards.

Monitor fabrication activities in the workshop to ensure workmanship and dimensional accuracy meet project requirements.

Manage material receiving inspections, material control, identification, and traceability throughout the fabrication and construction process.

Maintain complete material traceability records, including Mill Test Certificates (MTCs), inspection records, and material tracking documents from procurement to final installation.

Coordinate and witness NDT activities and ensure all inspection and testing requirements are properly executed and documented.

Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, material records, NCRs, and project quality dossiers.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams on quality-related matters.

Ensure quality requirements are implemented and maintained from project start-up to project handover and completion.

Review Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, quality procedures, and related project documentation.

Job Description:

• Responsible for performing job inspection at first piece, in process and final inspection per the Job Instructions Sheet plans.
• Responsible for performing First Article Inspection (FAI).
• Responsible for performing dimensional inspection using a variety of inspection gages & equipment.
• Taking care of initiate Quality Notification (QN) for non-conformance when products are not meeting Quality and Engineering requirement.

Get to Know the Role

As part of the GrabFood Commercial Malaysia team, you will identify and build relationships with F&B merchants to drive the adoption of Grab's innovative services. Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, you will work with potential partners to implement acquisition strategies that align with Grab's goals. Your role will involve sourcing high-value leads, managing sales pipelines, and onboarding merchants onto platforms such as Dine-Out Deals and Reservations. Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding

• Identify and secure partnerships with high-value F&B merchants to lead volume and growth for Grab's omnicommerce services.
