Requirements

• Min Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (Degree must be recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore).
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in managing construction projects for water treatment facility or process plant.
• Professional project management certification (eg. PMP, CITPM, etc) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Good communication skills to liaise with the various stakeholders.
• Hands-on” attitude, meticulous and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure, resourceful and independent with good negotiation skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

• Diploma Or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business, or related discipline
• B2B sales or technical experience in Data Centre Power, Power Generation, Agriculture, Marine, and Industrial product-related fields prefered.
• Training will be provided for those without experience
• Strong business development mindset.
• Willing to travel ~20-30% overseas

Responsibilities:

The Switchgear Engineer (HV & MV) is responsible for supporting the engineering, technical coordination, and execution of high voltage and medium voltage switchgear projects in Singapore. This role provides technical support across the project lifecycle, including design review, engineering coordination, procurement technical clarifications, installation support, testing coordination, commissioning readiness, and final handover documentation.
