* Promote additional services such as warehousing, distribution, project cargo, and dedicated fleet solutions.

6. Coordination with Operations Team

* Work closely with logistics coordinators and operations personnel to ensure smooth service delivery.

* Communicate customer requirements and special arrangements to operations teams.

* Monitor service performance and resolve operational issues promptly.

7. Reporting

* Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipelines.

* Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Preferred Qualifications

* Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Sales & Marketing Executive to drive both on-ground sales and brand-building activities for our automotive battery division across Malaysia. This dual-function role carries clear accountability for monthly sales budgets and state wholesaler activation targets, alongside measurable marketing deliverables — covering Exide, Sebang, and our house brand Neuton Power.

Key Responsibilities — Sales

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales budgets by growing the existing dealer and wholesaler network and acquiring new accounts.
Identify, onboard, and maintain active wholesalers in every assigned state — ensuring regular ordering patterns are established within the 6-month target window.
Conduct regular field visits to wholesalers, dealers, automotive workshops, petrol stations, and spare parts retailers to sustain relationships and drive sell-through.
Present product features, pricing, and promotions clearly and persuasively to new and existing customers.
Monitor stock levels at key accounts and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.
Collect customer feedback and competitor intelligence to feed into marketing and sales planning.
Process sales orders, follow up on payments, and assist in resolving customer service issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities — Marketing

Plan and execute trade promotions, product launch events, and in-store merchandising activities for Exide, Sebang, and Neuton Power.
Develop and manage social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and paid digital campaigns to grow brand awareness and generate leads.
Create and coordinate marketing collaterals — product brochures, price lists, promotional banners, and dealer point-of-sale materials.
Track and report marketing campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads generated, cost per lead) on a monthly basis.
Manage the company's e-commerce product listings on Shopee, Lazada, or relevant platforms, including promotional mechanics and response to inquiries.
Coordinate with brand principals (Exide, Sebang) on co-marketing materials and ensure brand guideline compliance.
Identify automotive aftermarket trends and recommend timely marketing initiatives to management.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a combined sales and marketing role, preferably within the automotive, FMCG, or industrial distribution industry.
Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.) is an advantage.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills — able to interact confidently with customers and cross-functional teams.
Creative, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Possess a valid driving license (Class D) and own transport; willing to travel nationally for market visits and events.
Computer literate — MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) are a plus.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Senior Executive, Accounts & Finance to manage the company’s full set of accounts and support daily finance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in financial reporting, audit, tax matters, account reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

Handle full set of accounts and ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly accounts.
Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and management reports.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system.
Perform monthly reconciliations, including bank reconciliation, AP/AR reconciliation, and inter-company accounts where applicable.
Prepare statement of accounts, ageing reports, and other accounting schedules as required.
Monitor cashbook updates and ensure fund movements are properly recorded.

Accounts Payable, Receivable & Cash Flow

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Review quotations, purchase orders, invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
Monitor daily cash flow and treasury activities.
Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and vendors on payment or billing matters.
Record and monitor progress payments for construction projects, including payments to suppliers, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors.

Audit, Tax & Compliance

Assist in audit and tax matters, including preparation of supporting schedules and required documents.
Prepare tax-related documents and assist in tax filing/payment matters to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, clients, vendors, and relevant external parties.
Keep updated on accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

Internal Control & Process Improvement

Ensure accounting records and finance processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Support the improvement of internal controls, procedures, and finance workflows.
Assist in budget preparation, cost monitoring, revenue tracking, and expense reporting.
Provide recommendations to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in finance operations.

General Finance Support

Support procurement-related finance matters and coordinate with other departments within the Group.
Assist in any other accounting, finance, or administrative tasks assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Degree, or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in full set accounts, financial reporting, audit, and tax matters.
Experience in property development, construction, or project-based accounting will be an added advantage.
Audit firm experience, especially Big Four exposure, will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, tax requirements, and relevant regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of SQL & MYOB accounting software will be an added advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Strong documentation, reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Able to handle confidential financial information with integrity and professionalism.
Independent, responsible, proactive, and able to work with minimum supervision.
Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
Good communication skills and able to liaise professionally with internal departments, auditors, tax agents, bankers, clients, suppliers, and vendors.
