Job responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
· Lead and manage interior and architectural construction projects from concept to completion.
· Oversee concurrent projects, balancing resources and priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
· Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution of project tasks.
· Prepare tender documentation, pricing proposals, and support client development initiatives when required.
· Operate independently across project management, site supervision, and stakeholder engagement functions to drive project success.
· Manage and control project progress in alignment with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
· Attend client and contractor meetings, conduct site visits, and resolve project issues proactively.
Architectural Design & Compliance
· Develop conceptual designs and schematic drawings based on client requirements, providing technical leadership on architectural matters.
· Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
· Produce all Authority submission drawings in compliance with QP requirements and relevant codes.
· Ensure designs adhere to Authority regulations, sustainability standards, and industry best practices.
· Create detailed construction drawings and consolidate inputs from subcontractors.
· Prepare client presentations and coordinate design reviews with stakeholders.
· Liaise with clients and contractors to align design intent with execution, ensuring quality and compliance.
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Architecture
· Minimum 10+ years hands on experience
· Proficient in AUTOCAD, Basics / Advance in BIM (Revit)
· Proficient in Microsoft Applications
