Key Responsibilities

Structural Design & Review

• Review and approve structural drawings, calculations and technical specifications
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, standards and project requirements
• Identify and resolve design discrepancies, structural conflicts and constructability issues

Project Coordination & Management

• Coordinate structural works with architectural, MEP and other disciplines
• Plan and monitor structural construction sequences, schedules and resource allocation

Quality & Compliance

• Implement quality control procedures for structural works
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify workmanship and adherence to design

Team Leadership & Support

• Lead and mentor structural engineers, coordinators, and site personnel
• Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in construction projects, with experience in residential and commercial projects preferred

Project Manager plays a critical role in the realization of company strategy and is responsible for the planning, management, coordination, and financial control of project, ensuring project is completed on time and within budget, and all project objectives are met profitably. Responsibilities and Duties

Requirements

* 5 or more year of experience as Project Manager
* Completed 2 or more projects in Singapore, as Project Manager, for relevant projects (i.e, hospital, offices or labs) with contract value above S$200 mil

• Lead and spearhead the operation and execution of project from inception development Phase to manufacturing start up to site installation to completion of project.
• Lead the project and facilitate coordination with client, architect, consultant and NSC.
• Monitor the site progress with site manager/coordinator/supervisor
• Develop project schedule
• Attend site meeting or progress meeting with client/architect/designer/consultant together with site project team.
• Handles all correspondences/documentation and prepare reports (emails, site progress report weekly update project schedule, etc.)
