Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Develop innovative and alternative design solutions to enhance project outcomes.
Oversee the engineering and design of complex temporary works, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including construction, clients, and stakeholders, to facilitate seamless project execution.
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent, preferably with relevant professional qualification.
With 15 years' site experience from large-scale projects on main contractor side.
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Relevant experience in hospital or healthcare construction projects is required.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Design Manager or Deputy/ Assistant Design Manager.
