Job Overview

We are seeking a practical and hands-on Cyber SecurityManager to support and manage the company’s cybersecurity and IT securityoperations within a drone manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity & IT Security

• Maintain and monitor cybersecurity systems including antivirus, endpoint protection, firewalls, VPN access, and email security systems.

• Perform regular system updates, security patching, password management, and user access control administration.
• Support implementation of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices across the company.

Incident Response & Compliance

• Assist in investigating and responding to cybersecurity incidents, malware infections, phishing attempts, or security breaches.

• Support backup management and basic disaster recovery procedures.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with internal IT security requirements and operational procedures.

User Support & Awareness

• Provide basic cybersecurity guidance and support to employees on safe IT practices.
• Conduct cybersecurity awareness briefings and help enforce IT usage policies.
• Work closely with the IT team, engineering, and operations departments to address security-related concerns.

Vendor & System Coordination

• Coordinate with external IT vendors or cybersecurity service providers when required.
• Support setup and maintenance of secure systems for office and manufacturing operations.

Mandatory Requirements

Educational Background

• Diploma or Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or IT infrastructure support.
• Experience with basic cybersecurity tools such as firewalls, antivirus systems, VPNs, endpoint protection, and access management.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the structural design, development, and optimization of products, ensuring that the products meet functional, cost, manufacturing process, and quality requirements;

- Conduct analysis and selection of structures and materials, perform strength, stiffness, and tolerance analysis;

- Participate in the entire process from design to mass production, solving technical issues during design and production;

- Prepare and review product design-related technical documents, including drawings, BOMs, etc.;

- Support project management and client communication according to project requirements, and drive project progress.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design & Automation or related fields;

- Over 5 years of experience in structural design, with a preference for candidates with experience in the medical device industry;

- Proficiency in English as a working language, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English;

- Familiarity with the design and manufacturing processes of plastic and metal parts, as well as knowledge of injection molding, stamping, and die casting processes;

- Strong tolerance analysis capabilities, with the ability to independently complete structural strength and stiffness analysis;

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to actively coordinate cross-departmental work.
