Step into the world of visual storytelling as a Content Creator Intern. You’ll assist in all stages of the production process – from pre-production planning to post-production editing – and contribute to creating visually impactful and engaging content.

What You'll Do:

Production Planning Support

• Collaborate with the production team to plan and organise upcoming projects
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance production

Pre-Production

• Assist in creating detailed production schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate logistics for shoots, including securing permits and scouting suitable locations
• Help with the preparation and organisation of production equipment

On-Set Production

• Support the crew during shoots by ensuring all equipment is properly set up and functioning
• Assist with lighting, sound, and other technical aspects as required
• Manage on-set documentation, including talent releases and necessary forms

Post-Production Assistance

• Organise and log raw footage for easy access by the editing team
• Contribute to the editing process under the supervision of the post-production team
• Coordinate with editors to help meet project deadlines

Administrative Support

• Manage administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and maintaining production records
• Assist in liaising with vendors, clients, and other key stakeholders

Learning & Development

• Stay updated on industry trends and new production technologies
• Be proactive in learning and adapting to new software and tools used in the production workflow

As a Project Strategist Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives and building digital strategies that deliver results. You’ll gain hands-on experience across social media, campaign planning, performance analysis, and influencer collaborations.

What You’ll Do:

• Support and execute digital marketing initiatives across a wide range of channels.
• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Continuously optimise campaigns through performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and landing page enhancements.
• Create relevant, compelling, and engaging content for various digital platforms under the enrichment arm. Assist in building the customer journey framework to drive cross-channel strategies across the digital ecosystem.
• Conduct in-depth research on market trends, target audiences, competitors, and end-to-end customer journeys to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports, including competitor benchmarking, campaign CPA/ROI assessments, and overall effectiveness. Collaborate with and oversee external agencies to ensure performance targets are met.
• Monitor, engage with, and respond to conversations across social media platforms, including handling customer service-related interactions.
• Assist with influencer engagement and management, ensuring timely delivery of all agreed-upon content and campaign milestones.
• Produce, edit, publish, and share daily content such as original text, images, videos, and relevant news.
• Foster strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
