Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer accounts across industries. Promote and sell factory automation products while providing technical and sales support. Collaborate with partners and internal teams to meet customer needs and deliver effective sales solutions.
Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and develop customer accounts across various industries to drive sales growth
Promote and sell factory automation and related products, including proximity sensors, filters, conveyors, pumps, motors, switches, light indicators, laboratory supplies, UV curing systems, ultra-low freezers, torque drivers, OS and fabricated items
Respond to customer enquiries, process purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and resolve feedback or issues to maintain strong customer relationships
Provide technical and sales support tailored to customer requirements to enhance product adoption and satisfaction. Capable to propose to cross over to the brands that we represent
Collaborate closely with partners and internal teams to align on customer expectations and ensure successful project execution
Analyze customer needs and competitor offerings to develop and implement effective sales strategies that increase market share
