We are seeking a responsible, committed, and disciplined Lorry Delivery Driver to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

                •              Operate Class 3 refrigerated trucks for daily delivery operations

                •              Ensure safe driving practices and maintain a clean driving record

                •              Execute deliveries efficiently, accurately, and on schedule

                •              Perform loading and unloading of goods when required

                •              Work independently with minimal supervision

                •              Communicate effectively and read simple English

                •              Maintain a positive attitude and professional work ethic

Cargo & Delivery Accuracy Control

                •              Ensure all goods loaded from the store match the delivery invoice, including:

                •              Product specifications

                •              Quantity and item description

                •              Expiry dates (where applicable)

                •              Correct customer and delivery location/department

                •              Highlight and report any discrepancies before departure

Daily Responsibilities

                •              Conduct vehicle inspection before and after each trip

                •              Ensure proper temperature control of the refrigerated truck at all times

                •              Verify all delivery orders and documents prior to dispatch

                •              Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules strictly

                •              Collect and return signed delivery documents (DOs)

                •              Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle and delivery equipment

                •              Report any incidents, delays, or operational issues promptly

                •              Adhere strictly to company SOPs and safety regulations

Training

                •              On-the-job training will be provided

                •              Expected to operate independently within 1 week of onboarding

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Executive to join our food production team.

Job Scope

• Manage and maintain HACCP, ISO 22000 / FSSC systems

• Conduct quality checks, audits, and inspections across production processes

• Maintain accurate documentation (CCP logs, traceability records, batch records)

• Ensure full compliance with SFA regulations, Halal requirements, and food safety standards

• Investigate customer complaints and implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)

• Work closely with production teams to ensure consistent product quality

Requirements

• Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of QA experience in food manufacturing or central kitchen environment

• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, Halal, and SFA compliance requirements

• Able to read and communicate in English and Chinese

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of AR, AP & GL functions for multiple entities.
• Ensure invoices are properly supported with client receiving stamps and any other required documentation.
• Prepare SOA and follow up with collections.
• Reconcile vendors’ accounts and prepare payments according to payment terms.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies (e.g., mismatched invoices, payment errors), and respond to inquiries (e.g., payment status, invoice clarification) from vendors and clients.
• Prepare and record payments for intercompany settlements, petty cash transactions, staff reimbursements, and other operational expenses.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system on time.
• Ensure proper maintenance with prompt and accurate filing of documents.
• Improve and innovate on existing work processes.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel) and accounting software.
• Bilingual in English & able to communicate in simple Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking associates.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable and a quick learner, with a willingness to learn new systems.
• Able to display continuous improvement and multi-tasking competencies.
• Reliable with punctual attendance.
• Salary will be commensurate with experience and contribution.
• Able to start work within short notice.

Additional requirements:

• 5 days work with 1 Saturday required per calendar month.
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
• Flexibility required for occasional extra miles if required to meet deadlines or address urgent tasks.
