Responsibilities
Manage daily manpower deployment for piping and steel works projects within shipyards to ensure efficient resource utilization
Perform project costing analysis to support budgeting and financial tracking for shipyard projects
Liaise effectively with shipyard management on project progress and daily operational matters to maintain alignment and resolve issues
Report project status and daily activities to the management team to facilitate informed decision-making
Supervise and coordinate the complete working team across multiple yards to ensure timely and quality project execution
Apply hands-on experience in shipyard project handling to oversee piping and steel works operations and troubleshoot challenges
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Possess Class 3 driving license as an added advantage to support site mobility and logistics
