Job Responsibilities:

• Process and check Chennai Office payroll
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation.
• Orientate new staff of all levels and maintain/update personal files; assist in all onboarding related matters.
• Maintain complete, correct, up to-date, and accessible records for all employees in the P-file and HRMS.
• Manage HR-related documentation (eg data entry, leave management, filing, and coordination of recruitment, training, and dormitory logistics.
• Responsible for maintaining HR/ Admin documentation including data entry, filing etc.
• Handle overtimes record.
• Assist in maintaining & updating of employees leave application records in the system.
• Assist in work pass application, issuance, renewal, cancellation, and other changes update.
• Manage the Recruitment process and coordinate interview arrangements.
• Administration of work passes related matters & managing of foreign workers matters.
• Update and maintain training record
• In-charge for submission of worker’s Hospitalization claims to insurer.
• Manage VISA applications.
• Assist to book hotel & flight tickets.
• Other admin duties or ad hoc as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field with at least 2 years of HR experience preferred

• Attention to detail and problem-solving
• Transport is provided to and from Tuas Crescent MRT station.

Role Summary:

1. Responsible for all procurement activities.

2. Assisting department in Preparation of Procurement/Sourcing Plan.

3. Pre-Qualifying New Vendors to be Enlisted in PO issuance system.

Pre-Order Responsibilities: -

• Reviewing MR - Material Requestion
• Float RFQs (Request for Quote) to Approved Vendors
• Follow up Tech/Commercial Offer
• Commercial negotiations (Tech./Comm. Clear Bidders) with Technically successful vendors
• Internal Estimation/Budget check, CBE (Commercial Bid Evaluation) approval from management, PO placement

Post-Order Responsibilities: -

• Arranging KOM (Kick of Meeting) , PIM (Pre-inspection meetings)
• Follow up Eng. documents till Closure, Stage
• Payment Processing for vendors
• Supporting Project team in Weekly/Monthly Review meetings
• Vendor Site Visits for expedition
• Variation Order placements, Inspection arrangements, Logistics coordination, Ensuring MRR processing, expediting on all fronts to seek Material delivery in line with Project Schedule
• Conducting spend analysis and consolidating the site requirements for shortage or missing materials and placement of LPOs or VOs to OEMs
• Vendor development and vendor evaluation in case of non-approved vendors & new sub-vendors proposed by main vendors
• Placing service orders for the onsite assistance required by site team
• Providing service back up for Production Equipment at Workshop
• Periodical updates of Procurement Status Report/Procurement Tracking List for Expediting
• Good understanding & technical knowledge of mechanical equipments, electrical & instrument items, and all other related project related equipments & materials applicable for Marine Offshore industries.
• Self-motivated, flexible and can work under pressure on their own initiative and lead a Procurement Team.
• Any other job delegated by department head.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)
• With minimum 2 to 3 years of procurement experience
